I am rejecting this response because:Damage was not on my car prior to dropping it off for repair. Damage was there after picking up the car a month later. Therefore, damage was incurred while at the shop

The door or weather stripping were never removed from the vehicle for repairs, we only removed ext. trim on door for repair. We did offer to replace the weather stripping for her at our cost no labor to help her out but she refused. There is on reason for one of my tech to damage that...
weather stripping, if I though there was a chance we damaged it I would have fixed it.
