Always had good experiences with this companyThe products are excellent qualityThey’re response time to questions is very goodIt’s a little pricey but worth it for the products they sell

I am very dissatisfied with this company all togetherI was in need of another pair of tactical boots for my job and found Chief supply on the internetWhen purchasing the boots online the company said they would ship in to work daysMy boots are starting to fall apart but I thought to weeks is a suitable time to wait and I can hold out until thenThat was around the first of OctoberBy the third week in October I called the customer service line and inquired about my order which I had not received yetThe person told me that they had just received them from the warehouse and would be shipped out immediatelyWell now I am at the end of the first week in November so I called againThe person checked and said they have not even received them from the warehouse! The only thing they have done to try to make this right is to have it shipped straight from the manufacturer which is supposed to show up at my house next weekI am not holding my breathIf it does not show I will be getting my money backThank God I used ***! I give them one star because they do not offer zero stars

This is the most shameful company ever We placed an order (actually) with a promo code After about a month or e-mail asking about our orders, we finally get one back letting us know one of the shipped They told us the others were not able to be filled because they ran out of stock Then they cancelled them The one order we recieved, wrong size, were told to send the items back (cost us 28$) to return the pants.....They told me they would issue a refund when they recieved the items back...I checked daily and e-mailed daily and finally told I was refunded and I could re-place the order myself I asked them for the promo code we originally used and they said it was a glitch and would not honor it any longer I also find out that they did not refund me but CHARGED me for the free item that came along with my first order So I paid for the FREE item I didnt even want, Got NOTHING at all and paid to ship my items back which they kept!!! Their customer service is shamefull, they dont respond to e-mails, dont answer the phone, dont call back when a message is left and when they do get someone to answer they talk over you and are completely rude I should have read all of the reviews first!! This is the worst company and I am more than surprised that they are still in business They do not care one bit about First responders at all

On May 11, I placed an order for a wildland backpack for a deployment that I was supposed to be sent on within the next few daysI paid $for Next Day Air shipping After a couple of days, I still hadn't received my order, so I called Customer Service to get a status update on my orderThey did not answer my call, so I sent them an emailTwo days later, they responded to my email and told me that the backpack I ordered was on backorder until the beginning of JuneThe website said nothing about this backpack being on backorder, and neither did my email confirmation of my purchaseI called them again on June for an update, and after calling multiple times and waiting on hold for at least minutes, they told me that the backpack was now on backorder until the end of June At that point, I told them to cancel my order, as it was too late for me to use the backpack on my deployment, and I didn't want to be charged for a product I hadn't received, and overnight shipping, which did not occur
I was told that the order had been cancelled, and that it had been taken care of
The next day, I looked at my bank account, and saw that the company had charged me for the cancelled order and overnight shippingI called back every day for about two weeks, sometimes multiple times a day, and got no response I tried leaving voicemails as well, but still received no call backToday, 6/18, I decided to try calling Department Sales, and they answered within seconds The sales representative that answered was able to see my order, and told me that it had never been cancelled After waiting on hold again for another 15-minutes, I was told that the order has now been cancelled, and that they would send me a confirmation email, and that a refund would be issued to me within daysI will never order from this company again, and I would absolutely NOT recommend them to othersA simple overnight purchase turned into a disaster that has taken over a month to be resolvedHopefully I actually get my refund

I ordered fire department uniforms from this company on November 17, for $ I have not received my order I have sent multiple emails and have left multiple messages inquiring about the status of my order I have not received any return calls At this point I have paced this order in dispute with my credit card company I am not even sure if this company is still in business, however they have processed the charge to my card
I would like to resolve this My acceptable resolution would be, immediate shipping and processing of my order or a refund of the amount charged

ordered about six months agostill have not received my productthey kept telling me it was on back order and now they have stopped responding to all messages via telephone, email, and ***they used to be greati dont know what happened to them

I ordered an item that was back ordered with an expected ship date of 10-daysOk no problemThe next day, decided to change what I wanted and attempted to contact customer service via email times and via phone timesNO RESPONSE!!! I left a message to cancel my orderNO RESPONSE!!! They still have not responded to any of my communications and it has been a weekOn top of that, they charged my credit card for an item that is back ordered and has not shippedMost reputable companies will charge your card once the item SHIPS!!! So they won’t return my calls or emailsThey won’t cancel my orderThey won’t refund my money that should not have been takenI had to go through my bank to get my money backThis is the worst customer service and this company obviously does not care about customersEven professional public service agencies run into issues with themThey are bad and get a Z grade in my bookI wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and will obviously never even look at their site againDeuces

I ordered pants, I waited days and did not receive a email about conformation, or shippingSo I sent them an email though paypal that I wanted to cancel The next day I recieved an email in the afternoon around 4pmThe email started with 'good morning', and stated that the package had already been shippedI looked at the tracking for the package, and it didn't leave the warehouse till right before 4pm So they obviously wrote the email long before they pulled the item to be shippedWhy would they do this? I asked for it to be canceled and the money had not been withdrawn from my PayPal account yetThis is very bad customer serviceAlmost like a scam

Really bad company almost a scam, placed and order on May 2nd and it's May 31st and I still haven't received the order, after many attempts they finally answered the phone and told me our order would ship out the same day, they sent me a fake shipping confirmation with no tracking number after they said they would overnight the order because of the huge delay, they don't respond to my emails or voice mails and I still haven't received anything

From the very beginning I should have known this company was not legit to order fromI ordered a Streamlight flashlight upgrade kit because of the business I'm in and their advertisement for the business that I'm inSoon after I purchased the product I got a email stating that it was on backorderWho's going to be a month or soThen I got an email after writing them several request to respond to my emails, stating it was going to be another monthsNow it has been over months and they still continue to limit there response to me and my requests to be communicated to regarding this issueFinally I just told them via email I wanted a refund I have done screwing with themThey sent me a fake receipt for a refundThis company is not a real company but a scamI requested there Federal and tax ID numbers to prove they were legit business and they were unable to provide themThey continue to ghosts meThere is nothing professional about this company in any wayI hope I can get

As an EMT, there is some clothing that you truly need to have to workSo I was working destroyed a few pairs of EMS pants so I went on to the website to buy a new pairThey had a deal of buy and get freeI was like ok awesome! So I bought it! I went to look at the receipt, well the computer made a mistake and basically made each pair of pants free and the cost would be 25.00$So I was like guess like they screwed upSo I waited to hear if something happenedWell I waited and called them, they told me that they will ship my pants out to meWaited another week and called again, they said it should ship within hoursThat night I received an email saying that my order was canceled due to their mistake1) Thats not my fault2) I was more mad that I had to wait weeks to find out they were not going to send me my pantsSo I called, they said they were sorrySo I said ok well I need pants so can I get the original dealThey said noCHIEF SUPPLYYou have lost all of my sales as I am a Chief of an EMS agency and buy pants a lot for my membersNot only did you make me waitYou have the worst customer serviceYou are a disrespectful, untrustworthy and lost all of my salesI will be buying from *** from now on!
