Attached is all of our documents with response to this complaint. With in our 25 plus years in business we have never had a complaint and customer service is our main goal. This customer came into our store and made a...
valid purchase and met all the legal requirements to make the purchase therefore we continued to fulfill our end of the contract by purchasing the product from our manufacture. Once an order is placed the manufacture will not let us cancel an order and therefor in our company policy we state that items that are ordered can not be canceled or a 35% restocking fee will be required. We have the product and are willing to deliver it to the customer home but the customer refuses and so we have to process the 35% restock fee. Again we have fill our end of the contract to the fullest. the customer not allowing us to deliver the product to her is in breach of the contract and therefore we have to follow our company policy and charge the restocking fee. Again we did not force the customer to come in an make a purchase from us the customer came in because of a sale we were having and she wanted to take advantage of the sale. Attached is all the facts about this transaction. The customer has not provided any evidence that we have not fulfilled our end of the contract and even still trying to reach the customer to allow us to deliver the product but the customer will not take our calls or return our letters. please consider all the provided documents to rule in our favor that we handle our business and customer in the most accurate and professional way possible.
