Persian Acceptance Corporation

The customer, *** ***, entered into a Retail Installment Contract (agreement) on 4/24/2015. This agreement was assigned to Persian Acceptance Corporation (PAC). The agreement called for weekly payments of$payable every Monday beginning on 5/11/2015. A copy of
the agreement is attached to this response.The customer made her first payment on 5/18/(payment history attached) and subsequently did not pay again until her vehicle wasrepossessed on 6/25/15. The customer redeemed the vehicle after paying $1,against the past due payments in the amountof $and the repossession expense of $485.00. At the time of the redemption the customer had paid her loan through the payment due on 6/29/2015. At no time was her loan pre-paid in any mannerIn fact PAC, as an accommodation to the customer,agreed to advance $(invoice attached) on her behalf in payment of storage and redemption fees in order tofacilitate the return of the vehicle She has never made any additional payments since that time. As of the date of this response the customer remainspast due days in the amount of $including late charges plus a portion of the advanced fees in the amount of $for a total due of $539.07.The customer was well aware of the status of her loan as there had been email communications (copy attached) between her and a member of PAC’s staff during July, 2015. In addition, to the best of PAC’s knowledge, the customer has been operating her vehicle illegally as her automobile insurance policy with *** was cancelled on 7/26/(cancellation notices attached) and as of8/11/had not been re-instated Failure to maintain insurance is also a default on the agreement that the customer signed PAC was and is within its statutory and contractual rights to repossess the vehicle if payments are past due PAC has no knowledge of any improper or illegal actions bythe recovery company that seized the vehicle.As of 8/12/2015, PAC has again repossessed the customer’s vehicle due to the default status of this loan
