persian basket

Ordered one pound of pistachios Unfortunately the pistachios was not fresh at all and package did not have any information on it about the packaging date or the expiration date,I contacted the customer service and request a refund but they will only send a refund for the product with me paying the 2 way shipping , I still have the package that is missing any packaging or expiration date and I think it is expired good time since it smells very old.
