completed with added items for restitution, and thought the box was shipped. If the box wasn't received, why was a phone call not made?
There is a phone number on the business card as well as the website. Not a single phone call was ever made to notify us there was a problem, and most reasonable people must realize that when a health problem is an issue, an email is the most unreliable.
I am able to respond to this only because I have a 4 day weekend, taking an opportunity to clean up the mail. Only by chance did I happen to spot the email title and was surprised to still able to respond.
My only thought is maybe instead of being shipped, the box was stored, in which case a phone call would have helped me remedy the situation.
I am looking into this and will solve the problem. I'm sure the complainant would prefer her items back, so I'd like to take the opportunity to look, if not the problem will be solved in the alternate resolution that the complainant has offered
