Customer filed a claim and we promptly repaired the device and shipped it back to the customer However, upon receipt of the laptop after repair the customer informed us of physical damage to the laptop which may have occurred in shipping or by customer We had the customer ship the device to us for repair again without any charge of deductibles to the customer After receipt of laptop and inspection, the parts were ordered and the customer was informed that soon as we receive the parts, we will repair and ship the laptop back to customer The parts are expected to be received by the 11th and thereafter we will immediately repair and ship the laptop back to customer We have kept our obligation to the customer in addition kept the customer informed via email and support ticket customer opened through his account We informed the customer of the delay due to parts and expressed our apologies to the customer, In addition we will be issuing customer with a $dining gift card for the delay due to the parts being backordered for repair

Miss ***,From the time you filed the claim to date we have attempted to contact you to process your claim and you failed to call us back or respond to us Then you filed a Revdex.com complaint Even after you filed a Revdex.com complaint we attempted to contact you to verify the claim details and process your claim and you failed to answer our calls or call us back to speak to us over the phone You are more than welcome to lgoin to your account to request a cancellation and we will refund 100% of your warranty purchase price We have earned and always aim to earn great reviews from customers for fast claims processing All this could have been avoided if you would have simply answered our claims administrators phone call or called us back when we made so many requests of you to speak to you to verify your claim details to process your claim Again, we are more than haapy to refund 100% of your warranty purchase price if you would simply log in and submit a cancellation request

Your claim has been processed now for the second time and a replacement shipped to you We processed your claim promptly the first time and shipped it to you and you filed a claim again immediately after receiving the device claiming it was damaged It is our understanding that you have been in communication with our claims department and repair center and you have been kept informed of your repair We have shipped a replacement device Expect to receive your device in the next -business days as it was shipped right before Christmas If you need further assistance please contact [redacted] for a faster response and resolution

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.I've asked Securranty multiple to provide proof of repair from the first time they repaired my laptop but it took them weeks for them to tell me the same thing againI didn't make any unauthorized repairs because why would I when I paid for a service that does If any unauthorized/faulty repair was done then it was by themI've read earlier complaints on how Securranty doesn't repair laptops but still ship them back, so they do have a track record of failure to honor a contractAt this point I want the Revdex.com to make a decision for this complaint as we are constantly going back and forth with no progress being made I'm also asking for the total amount of my laptop to be reimbursed

I want Securranty to provide me proof of repair from the first time that they "repaired" my laptopI've asked them countless times to provide proof but yet they will not address itThey also have not explained why I needed to get an estimate if they were not going to reimburse me. I want a complete detailed log of what repairs were performed on my laptop that's correctly dated If they cannot provide the appropriate proof then they have committed fraud.

Our repair depot repairs laptop for many many customers.  Laptop are not shipped to customers unless they're fully repaired and tested.  We therefore stand by our decision to deny the claim.

I sent the invoice by email of the repair to Securranty as
they requested. Now Securranty says they will not pay because their statement
of the incident does not match. I am not PC repair person and I do not know
what may caused the [redacted] to crash after fall down to the floor, yes there
is a crack in the [redacted] when it was pick up from the floor, it is the
reason for the crash? I do not know, but the way I see your company want to jeopardize
the claim by making me responsible for not asking the technician to add in the
invoice a crack or any other reason and thats the right thing to do because I
am not an expert in computer. The technician said the crack is not related with
crashing the system but he fix it and put it back on screen and that’s what I
paid for.
Again it is your responsibility to tell millions of people
who purchase an extended warranty that you care, otherwise I will pass this
experience to major consumer spots and at one of the major broadcasting in
[redacted] and you can keep my money I paid to feel secure with my
[redacted] when I wasn’t.
Finally you waited until I reopened my case with Revdex.com to tell
me that you are not going to fulfill my coverage and you were waiting until the
10 days that Revdex.com provides to respond and my case to be close.

As stated previously, the customer's device is not covered as it has parts missing and unauthorized repair as per our terms & conditions.  We had previously repaired the laptop and sent to customer in working order with it being fully tested.  We unfortunately have to stand by our decision in this matter.
