Account Resolution Asso has bought old debt that has passed the year mark and has been on my credit report since I have sent letters through Legal Shield regarding the matter and they have yet to remove the derogatory collections from my credit report
I want them to take off their collections from my credit report in the amount of $I have never bought anything from them nor authorized them on behalf to buy the debtI have not given any type of authorization nor have I communicated with them but only through legal council
Please help me take them off my credit report

First of all, I am a spouse of a fully disabled military veteran I had a debt with KAY JEWELERS #*** ***, OH *** ***, originally purchased ring for $***, the ring broke, returned it I then had a collection on my account for that amount, they sold debt in and the debt was CHARGED off with ZERo balance as of Sept
PERSOLVE somehow got this information, added $*** of fees and who knows what to the balance, said they served me in Feburary 2017, they never did I wasn't even staying at the address they said they "served me" by the time I even knew what was going on, they had gotten a court order and garnished my federal wagesThey went behind my back and did all this illegally Kay Jewelers says they never had anything to do with this
