I sent them a money order on September 9th and the money order was cashed on September 24th. In November I received a letter stating that there was to be a wage garnishment levied against me in the amount of $553.75 of which amounted to a per paycheck garnishment of $273.48Desired SettlementI require a refund for the over payment of funds, along with a letter to my employer stating that the garnishment was in error, and also repair of any damage to my credit report due to this mistake.Business Response We issued a refund check to [redacted] dated 12/13/15 for $655.53.
