called them yesterday, they had no record of my refund being processed. When I told the man at customer service that I had a tracking receipt, I was put on hold and then then full amount was refunded and showed up in my bank account today. Still think they need to add the terms and conditions to be accepted before placing the order. I also think if I had not called, there would have been no refund issued. We sincerely apologize to our customer for any misunderstanding and miscommunication she may have received when making her purchase during the holidays.  Like most other retailers, Personal Creations only allows one promotion per order.  If our customer enters our site through a like for a...

promotional offer, that offer will stay will the order unless, an alternate office is chosen i.e. places a different code in the promotion box in the cart.  The entry of a secondary promotion negates the first promo and establishes the new promotion.  Pricing may occur if an initial promotion is allowing for special pricing.  During the holidays, there are many different promotions on differing sites i.e. [redacted] etc. which can be confusing and we apologize for this confusion to our customer.Although a $4.23 refund was previously applied, I have also provided the customer with a $20.23 that was requested by her.  A total refund of $24.46 will be refunded back to her card within the next 5-7 business days or sooner; it is dependent on the individuals banking processes.  We again extend our apologies to the customer for this inconvenience.  If there is anything I can do now or in the future for the customer, please contact me at [redacted]@ftdi.com as I'd  be happy to help.Sincerely,[redacted]FTD/Personal Creations

Consumer called last April and settled for a refund of 30% status of the account, dispute has been filed against the charges. They're still waiting for the resolution of the dispute from her bank.
Consumer ordered a trial on March 14. According to the...

terms of service, their program is a try it before you buy it program. The consumer needs to call before trial ends or else they will be charged for the trial sample and enrolled in a monthly subscription. On March 28, the full cost of the product was applied. Charge is not for new supply, it was for the trial. Since she did not call, she was enrolled into a monthly subscription. She called to cancel on April 27. She called to cancel after the first months supply had been shipped out, the first months supply was the last to be shipped out, since it was already sent when she cancelled.
Business states, she needs to call her bank to assist her further. They are waiting for a resolution of the dispute she filed for her credit card.

They are misrepresenting the facts. I called the business bc I had a charge on my bank card that I did not recognize. I was told it was for the product that I ordered, only I did not order it. I made sure to read the fine print before purchasing the trial that there was no obligation for further shipments/costs. I am a person who tries these things oftenand I make sure to read everything. There was nothing on the site I purchased from about subsequent products and charges. It was interesting that when I asked them about the charge they said I had ordered it and I proceeded to explain that I not only didn't I order it but I never received it. The person apologized and said they would send it out that day with a 30% discount. I said I did not want it and to cancel all shipments. She refused to cancel that shipment but said she would cancel the remaining. I told her I would follow up with my bank. I received a product a few days later and even though she told me it was cancelled I received an additional product. I was charged twice at $89+ and received a 30% credit for the first charge.
