April 1, 2017Dear [redacted],This complainant and spoke on the telephone after received his email questioning the legitimacy of my business. I have never met him. He had reserved a seat at a group examination session that was sch[redacted]led for Saturday, March 25, 2017. He never showed up for that...

session. There were 16 satisfied customers who attended that exam session. The complainant had paid the $200. psychological exam fee on our website www.[redacted].com via [redacted] or 3/16/17 to reserve his seat for the psychological exam scheduled for 3/25/17. He had left several messages asking for a callback to inform him whether he needed to make an appointment to also see the physician at the scheduled exam session.It states very clearly on our website www..[redacted].com that an applicant can reserve his or her Seat for the Sch[redacted]led psychological exam that conduct, by paying the $200. examination fee on our website via [redacted], but that we do not take pre-payment (or reservations) for the required physical examination which we offer for applicants' convenience when we are able to have a PA licensed physician present. It states applicants who want the physical on that day must pay the physician directly when a physician is present.Given the clarity with which this information is presented, when heard the complainant's voice mail and read his email was confused. His email of 3/24/17 stated:I'm trying to contact Dr. E[redacted] or the PA on staff about the physical exam portion of the Act [redacted]. I've left two messages on the [redacted] and attempted to email [redacted], which is not a working email. At this point I'm concerned about the validity of your business. I need a return email or phone call ASAP.When called the complainant back, he told me that he thought that his provocative email would get my attention. I told him that it had indeed. I never called him "stupid" as he alleges, His allegation about a "lengthy verbal assault" is his subjective impression. I believe I apologized to the complainant for having not responded to him sooner. On the one phone conversation that the complainant and had, believe offered him a refund. He did not respond to this offer at that time. At the end of that one phone conversation, I believe I told him that I looked forward to seeing him on Saturday at the exam session, and he responded with something to the effect of "we shall see". He never showed. On Monday, 3/27/17, I saw the following email which the complainant had emailed on Friday, 3/24/17,Very Respectfully,Bruce E. Ph.D., ABPP Board Certified Licensed Clinical Psychologist
