Hello, I was away from 10/1-10/and just saw thisI will personally write out a check to Mrs*** todayShe should have it by Thursday or FridayI recall this double payment and did authorize a refundI do not handle accounts However I do make the final decision in situations like

I am rejecting this response because:To whom it may concern Revdex.comThis is a continuation letter from the first letter I wroteI got a call from Dean P*** managerThis morning 8/24/she told me that they could not replace the nite stands there are two nite standsShe offered me to buy the nite stands at cost which is a piece that is the quote she give me the date the person came to see the nite standWas 7/23/that makes it six months six days from time of delivery 1/17/i still believe that it is a defect of the manufacturerI also googled American furniture and found out that the furniture is constructed of hardwood solids /birch veneers and not of laminated wood like she told me if that is the case. Then theyCan have the nite stands redone at their expense since they had already offered it to meShe said laminated let American furniture do the right thing and stand by what they sell to usWe the people that buy their products are the ones that keep them in

We were concerned to learn of our customer's concerns back on July We sent a furniture technician to her home to see if there was any defect in the quality of her dressers The scratches on the tops of the dressers matched the size of her lamps While the lamps did have a
protective pad underneath, the pad did not cover the entire base leaving the metal edges exposed which caused the scratches There were also oil spots from a foreign product that was not part of the manufacturing or preparation process For these reasons and that the nightstands were in the customer's home for six months, both the manufacture and American Home could not warranty the product We did reach out to our customer and offered to replace the nightstands at our cost, but she declinedWe have let our offer stand and hope she will reconsider.Thank you

We would like very much to resolve this problem for our customer.  Unfortunately there is not a defect in the way the nightstands were finished by the manufacture and the scratches were a result on a lamp that was not properly protected at the base.  While this product is laminated with hardwood solids and veneers and can be refinished, a polish was applied after the scratches were present that penetrated below the finish and will not allow us to properly refinish the tops.  We feel a fair resolution is to replace the nightstands at a considerable discount.  American Home will not profit from the replacement transaction.

We are committed to total satisfaction for all our customers and authorized the full return and refund on November 29th.  We are of the understanding that this has met the customer's request.

Personal finance is fine helping you finance items that you purchase and pay off. But if you pay your loan off early, for example: I finance my loan for three years. I paid it off in 26 payments because I'm on a set Income. The interest was incorporated into the principal. I informed Personal finance that the office owed me 17 payments of finance charges that I paid off in the principal that calculated at $ 28.61 a month in interest backto me that total $ 486.71. I was told they owe me nothing. Personal Finance is stealing finance charges owed back to customers that pay loans off early. A class action law suit should be filed to find out how many people that paid loans off early were treated like me.

Southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana reference ID [redacted] regarding our Maysville, Ky officeFirst off let me apologize for any misunderstanding that may have occurred with our Maysville officeI have enclosed copy of the Promissory Note, Disclosure Statement and Security Agreement dated March 2, 2016 that shows a payoff for account 210678 (your previous account) of $566.13. This payoff balance on account 210678 was added to the additional $1516.60 you had requested to Create a new account with an account number of [redacted]. This new account included our optional credit life of $54.00 and credit disability coverage of $157.32 along with the investigation fee of $60.00 equals the amount financed of $2292.05, The new account has a 30 month term with payments of $120.00. As you can see under the Federal Disclosure Statement the APR which includes the $60.00 investigation fee is 38.41%, finance charge over 30 months is $1307.95; Amount financed is $2292.05 with a total of payment including interest over 30 month is $3600.00. If the loan is paid off earlier than 30 months, PFC would refund the unearned interest to the account making the payoff less.
PFC would be happy to refund the optional credit coverages to your account. The refund would not change the payments only reduce the amount owed.

I have always had a great experience with PFC. They have worked with me in the past to save me money and to help me out when I have had a need. PFC was not the original company that financed me for my vehicle but they have a great team working there. The only concern I have is that they do not offer automatic payments through my credit card thus causing me to sometimes forget to make a payment. That's on me though and not the company.
