Please understand this house is close to being condemned and in poor condition.*** claims we denied to do a final walk thru.We NEVER in years accept finial payment without a walk thru.Overspray on the windows- this house is years old the overspray on the windows was from previous
repaints we masked all areas completely prior to painting.The bathroom repairs were done exactly as outlined in the estimate.It WAS explained to *** that the bathroom needed to be gutted and completely redoneHe didnt want to hear this, but acceptedthe scope of work that ONLY included recaulking the bathtub, that really needed to be redone.I DID have a conversation with *** in regards to the work and stated it needed to be gutted that just recaulking the tub wasnt going to do anything.Regauding making a mess in the househe means mud and dirt that was tracked in by himself and the young men he keeps close company with.My estimate did not include any maid services.All of the realitors we work with know that they are to send in a cleaning gal prior to putting the houses on the market.*** knows this hes just on of those guys that wants something for nothing.*** CLAIMS he could of dealt with ALL THIS because he knows it is UNTRUE he is a lier. Upon completion of this project I was clear that we would no longer be performing any other services for him, he does not understand the scope of work, and doesnt understand the words LIMITED TO THE ABOVE SCOPE OF WORKhe is a manipulatorHe should not be attempting to remodel a house when he knows nothing about it.***'s so called office is a closet in the back he rents from Wyndam resorts where he tries to appear or make people believe he is something he is NOT..... MY ASSISTANT dropped the keys off with a lady at the front desk of Wyndam because he was not in these keys were from the job we completed NOT a new job he is claiming.Also please note *** has reviews online of him self when *** listed this house for sale it said COMPLETELY remodeled.That was a LIE I am working with the new owner of the home, the new owner of the home is in process of filing a complaint against *** at the board of realitors for misrepresentation of the home.*** is a scammer a lier, and misrepresent homes.And what *** has done is use the Revdex.com to file fictitious complaints .... He is a poor representation of the industry.Thank you, Dave
