Mr [redacted] did purchase a vehicle from our dealership 9/3/It is not a common practice of ours to promise titles to customers the day of purchase unless we are absolutely sure that the title is in our possessionThe fact that the title was an out of state title and that it needed to pass Delaware inspection is another reason we would not guarantee title and tags on a specific dateWe did take care of the inspection as that is part of the process needed to transfer a vehicle into a customer's nameMr [redacted] was tofd by Mr [redacted] that he would need the title by the 21st of SeptemberThis vehicle was bought from another local dealershipOnce the title clerk was notified that the title was needed as soon as possible a call was put in to that dealership expressing the urgency in receiving the titleMr [redacted] was then notified that he'd receive his title and tags before he left to go to FloridaMr [redacted] has since then received his tag and titleThe completed paperwork was given to him on the 19th of September before he left to go to Florida so the issue has been resolved

This is the absolute worst place I have been to purchase my daughter first vehicleThe day we went the owner was thereHe talked how and reliable the vehicle was that she choseBoy was we in for a ride awakeningNot even a month of having the Jeep Cherokee it was in there so called mechanic shopThe winter was horrible the vehicle Shaked would not start and stalled a lotLong story story we willingly returned the vehicle after a year and several service called and wasted moneyThey had my husband sign a paper so they can sale it to someone else buyer bewareThey can't be trusted

This letter is in reference to the complaint number listed aboveOn 9/29/Ms [redacted] and her son signed a legal contract on the purchase of a vehicle from our companyMs [redacted] singed the contract as a co-buyerIn the event that the vehicle was repossessed both parties are financially responsible for this debtHowever, we are not the ones reporting to the credit bureau their contract was financed by an outside companyMs [redacted] would need to contact the finance company to dispute this matter as that company is the one reportingthe debt
