In response to this complaint I would like to start by saying there is no scam what so ever taking place by Personal Lending Group We don't advertise to people with bad credit as even though we have a place to send loans for clients that have have not so perfect credit it's not our primary business We offer multiple services and without being able to go into Mr [redacted] personal information over this complaint I can tell you that the representative did not handle this call accordingly We take pride in what we do and how our clients are treated and my representative should have explored all options for Mr [redacted] and explained in detail every possible situation as to how we can help him My representative has been written up and this will not be tolerated I have had the Director Of Lending reach out to Mr [redacted] and we sincerely hope we can assist him in the future
