Bought my first car here, a '07 Hyundai Tiburon. Obviously buying a car, especially the first one, is quite a stressful process.

However, I had a great experience and Mike was beyond helpful. There were 2 lights on the dash (ABS and brake warning light). These lights really concerned me because I really wanted to look back at my first car in the future, and not think it was a mistake.

Furthermore, Mike took the extra step to take the car to a mechanic and pay for the inspection for the warning lights, plus a pre-purchase inspection to the rest of the car. Turns out it was a minor issue, and he had me contact the mechanic myself so I could find out the issue firsthand from the source. It's been 10 days now and I have zero complaints about how the car runs.

The dealer told me every car in his lot is handpicked and has something special about it their eyes.

As far as customer service goes, it may be a little unorthodox. They aren't going to follow you around, and try to talk you into how great the vehicles are. But by the end of the day, if there are any concerns about a certain vehicle that they can tell you want to purchase, they will take the extra step to make sure you feel comfortable about driving it off the lot.
