WellDyneRx charged my credit card without my approval They neither asked for permission nor informed me that they were doing so The customer service representatives with whom I spoke acknowledged that the Finance Department did indeed charge a balance to the card without notice or request Per a paper statement I had recently received, a check for the balance in question was in the mail at the time I learned the charge had been placed on my credit card The Finance Department refused to reverse the charge until they received my check
Charging this balance to my credit card without my authorization was wrong and feels illegal to me(Although I suspect there is some fine print in the terms and conditions of use to which I agreed that covers them in this kind of situation.)
Acknowledging that the charge was placed without my authorization or notice to me but saying they won't reverse it until they have the check feels like bullying
I will be filling my prescriptions elsewhere in the future and suggest you do too
