Our office received four applications from the parties concerned We did not screen the applicants nor had we had any conversation with the applicants prior to the applications being submitted We told *** that the property they had applied for had been rented but we could move their
applications to another property if they were interested in any others we had *** asked that we refund the application fees of $which we did The process takes up to days as this is a third party that handles this process Our office apologizes for any inconvenience this caused them, however, we were already working with another applicant when they submitted their applications
