The customer purchased the vehicle on 2-14, on 10/10/the son stopped in to say that the transmission was blown in the vehcile it did not driveThey asked for help with the repair so we towed it to our shop and verified a transmission was neededThey did not have money for the repair so we offered to finance it and add to their finance agreement they said yes and we completed the repairon 2/21/we re-wrote the note and added $1,for the repair at 6% interest to be paid out with the noteThus there is still a balance on the accountThey asked for help and we provided the repair and the financing for that repair.We would, if the customer desires, sell them a newer better car and charge off the balance on this oneThey would only need to come up with tax and tags fees for that transaction

[redacted] purchased a [redacted] on 6/24/with 91,miles on itOn 728/the vehicle went to our garage for the front pasenger wheelclicking and shaking while driveing highway speedAlso, put brakes on car Miles were 94, Nothing was charged to customerOn 2/1/ [redacted] brought the vehicle in without an appointment complainin gof clunkin g and knocking in the motor, worse while pressing on the gasThe check enginge light was on front tires worn to the point that we would not have any of our people drive itThere was no oil in the engine the motor was kncking and ruined! Towed vehcicle to our garage where they confirmed no oil in engine that caused its failureOn 2/3/We spoke to [redacted] s husband about the situationOn 2/3/called cursing and screaming at everyone because we did not call her when in fact spoke to husbandOn 2/7/an accounts manager called her to remind her payment was overdue, she said she would not pay again until car was fixedLater in day we called and offered the opportunity to go back to our sales department and apply for a new vehcile as the current vehicle needed a motor because of lack of maintence (No Oil in it)On 2/15/Customers husband called and said we had hours to get the belongings out of the cehicle and to themHe came into the office for the belongings which we did not have back from the garage yet we told him as soon as the driver got back to the office with his belongings we would call himHe left the office very loud using the F...word and other vulgarity to everyone in the officeLater that day he returned to get his belongings and never did fill out another application for a carThe original car is in Repo statis and we are processing with the state to obtain title and dispose of itIf we can be of any further help in this matter or any other, please feel free to contact us! Good morning and thanks for giving me a chance to respond! Most of us have experianced something like our customer is going through at sometime in your life! We certainly believe the complaint that the vehicle will from time to time not startWhn it was brought to us it started every time all day and their were no codes foound in the computer! We took it to our shop anyway and of course it started everytime for days! Again all systems checked normally, since the vehicle had no failures! We suggested sh take it back and alert us if it fails and we would immediatley go to her residence to confirm and perhaps tow the vehicle to our shop while we had a failureThat offer is still out there and we have not heard from her of any further failures, again we will respond ifthere isThe vehicle is certainly under our warranty and we will stand behind it and get it operating properlyThat is our every intention! We know how frustrating an intermitent failure can be! Wen it has happened in the past with other customers, we have always solved the problemIf there are any other questions about this or any other matter please feel free to notify me! Ron

When I first read the complaint I certainly did not recognize the eventsAfter researching it carefully I found that it was 'twisted' to the point that I no longer recognized it.The customer did purchase a *** *** on 6/16/The vehicle had 111,miles on it at deliveryOn Sept the
vehicle was sent to our service facility with 117,miles on it with a complaint about transmission stuck at to MPH.We could not verify anything wrong when we test drove it and the mechanics at the repair facility found the transmission performing as designed.Un fortunately our driver (delivers cars to and from our service facility) backed this vehicle into a pole at the facility, damaging the bumperWe immediately notified the customer as to what had happened and that we would repair it completely and effectively at no cost to anyone but ourselvesShe asked if she had to report it to her insurance and we told her that it was up to her, however, we assumed responsibility for the damage and the repairPlease keep in mind this was a bumperCustomer was very angry and was using vulgar language towards the service managerThe conversation was ended and the customer's boyfriend kept calling and harassing the office staff on every phone in the office and screaming profanities at themThe customer's boyfriend was told we can not discuss the account with him because he was not on the account. He then called the service line and threatened the service manager's life and hung upThe police were called and the officer tried to call the customer and her boyfriend told him to "F"off and hung up on himThe customer took to our social media pages and slandered the service manager and used a personal photo of her in doing soCharges for harassment were filed with our local police dept by the service mangager..We were contacted one more time when the customer asked if fuel injectors and sensor were covered under our warranty, we explained they were notShe remarked that she would have her mechanic take care of itWe asked if she wanted us to repair her bumper and she remarked that she notified her insurance companyWe are not sure what she was going to do about it.We still hold open the offer to repair the damage we did to her bumper if she so desires.On a follow up by the police officer involved: He said if there are any more terroristic threats made by the boy friend or her to call immediatelyOf course this is our policy to protect our employees

I am rejecting this response because:The lady that I deal with told me she would personally go with my car to the dealership and bring the car back the same day.And that they were taking it to a *** dealership and not the dealership they bought the car from ,which is the same garage that had it two diffrent times,who also kept it a total of days and told me himself there was nothing wrong with the car and there is nothing he could do about it.I explained to them that I could not let them take the car for days at a time again that my husband already missed work days out of the ten they had it,and that I have a sick daughter who gets weekly shots and sees doctors frequently.I asked since they had it days out of days if there is a car I could use until they find the problem,they responded no.All I want is a reliable ,working car that I was promised when I traded my working ,running car to them.My car ran fine I just wanted an upgrade,because it was an older car.I would be happier if they could just give me back my old car so I could go some where else that are more trustworthy.They sent this car to garages already,all there doing is giving me the run around and It is me and my family suffering from the car not working,them wanting to keep the car and causing a financial hardship on my whole family.After three atempts at there garages ,I think they shold provide a rental for me and fix it right.It's barely months that I had this car for all the headaches.It's ruined both of my family vacations with not starting on both trips multiple times.Would they themselves be able to go days or weeks without a vehicile?That's right ,THEY own a car lot.All I want is for them to do right by me.At other car sales places,they never had a problem with me,all I want is to pay my monthly payment,drive my working,running,RELIABLE car and not see or talk to these people ever again

October 3, 2016Dear Revdex.com:I had to read this complaint times, along with digging up some old records of ours to finally understand the time line! This car was purchased from us in November of In January of they had some issues that they wanted attended to: We had to replace the RF inner tie rod (it was bent) did an alignment, and replaced the Oil sending unitThe sending unit we did under our warranty (no charge)We sent the car back to the customerIn June of we repaired the shift interlockThe vehicle at that time was out of our warranty; we covered the repair as customer good will, no chargeOne year and months, after they took first delivery of this vehicle they reported to us that we missed a repair almost two years ago? And we put kerosene in the oil almost two years ago? I am sorry but the only repair we did to the oil system was the replacement of the oil sending unit and we did that under warrantyWe only had the car in our shop times, once months after delivery and the other months after deliveryThe only repairs we did are listed aboveOf course we are not responsible for their latest repair in their repair

I am sure you have my last response as it is important to know that after that response we asked the customer to let us have the car so we can take it to a *** dealer that we deal with to try and diagnose the issueTo this day we have not received the vehicle! She did text our service manager that the vehicle failed to start two more times on a SundayWe again requested the car and she refusedShe also text that she hit something and broke struts and took it to 'her' shop for repairWe responded 'let us take it to our shop for repair and we can also look at the starting problemShe refused! I believe anyone would agree that we cannot help with her problem if we cannot get the vehicle To our repair facilityWe still offer and have always offered our assistance

offered to finance it and add to their finance agreement they said yes and we completed the repair. on 2/21/15 we re-wrote the note and added $1,787.55 for the repair at 6% interest to be paid out with the note. Thus there is still a balance on the account. They asked for help and we provided the repair and the financing for that repair.We would, if the customer desires, sell them a newer better car and charge off the balance on this one. They would only need to come up with tax and tags fees for that transaction.
