Manager of Personal Touch Car Wash, I received your request for a credit for the unused time in the monthly car wash plan from the Revdex.com (Claim # [redacted]).  Please forgive us in that there was a mixup on our part that this was not process already.  I also was the 330 area code phone number that called you.   I went to process the credit for $42.52 today and realized we do not have your credit card information on file anymore.  What needs to happen for us to issue the credit is one of two things:   Call me back and give me the credit card number and I will process the credit while you are on the phone and email you a receipt ORGo to the site and ask for the manager Elris A[redacted] (he is copied on this email) and he will process the credit to your credit card in person.
