Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: On June 8th, 2015, a ladder fell on my vehicle while heading through the car wash, owed by Abdulall the damage to my car should have already been repaired, but has notThe same existing car wash does have a free service for individuals to clean out their vehicles, before the considering receiving a car wash themselvesIf you were to ask most individuals, they would explain, most of the time, they clean out their vehicles and do not enter the car washOn that day, that is exactly what I didI cleaned out my car and headed to get a car washWhile going through the car was a ladder fell on my carHow can Abdul assume that I am being dis honest? I did the honest thing that most individuals would doI am also being honest and involving the Revdex.com toomy question for Abdul is, how does " minor damage" to a vehicle happen to my car, or anyone's car for that matter, and all of the sudden, I'm looking for a "money making opportunity"? On June 8th 2015, [redacted] did obtain a car wash at my business at [redacted] in [redacted] . As a result of this car wash , her vehicle , a [redacted] sustained minor damage. At that time, she requested a payment to cover the minor damage , the amount requested was $400. I agreed to pay Ms... [redacted] $200.00 immediately and $150.00 in a week along with a $50 gift certificate. Ms [redacted] and her friend [redacted] both agreed to this settlement and they signed an agreement . The next day they returned and demanded more money($600) to repair the minor damage to the car. I reluctantly agreed to pay this higher and they still refused.Since I felt that they were being dishonest , I offered to have the car repaired , at my cost , at a auto body shop where I knew the owner and where I could be certain that the car would be properly repaired. They refused this offer and said that they wanted to void our original agreement. My offer of $500 or having the car properly repaired at a shop where I have a business relationship still stands. I truly feel that I am being taken advantage of by Ms [redacted] in this matter. After all it was her suggestion to sign a contract and make cash payments to settle this matter. Currently, I am still out the $200 that was paid on 6/8/15 and I believe that I am being scammed for additional cash amounts in this matter. Please review this matter and help me to provide a honest resolution , not a money making opportunity for Ms [redacted] . Sincerely ***.

[redacted]   I am [redacted] the General Manager of Personal Touch Car Washes.  I was informed of a complaint (#[redacted]) filed with the Revdex.com back in February.  It seems there has been a misunderstanding regarding the situation with your car.  I apologize for that and seek to continue the dialogue started with you, the manager [redacted] and the owner [redacted].   Please allow me to explain my understanding as to where we are with this situation.  The issue happened on February 24th.  You spoke with [redacted], the manager, after that.  He said we could compound and buff out the scratches. He asked that you go down to the local body shop for an estimate to replace/repaint, also.  We are not sure if you did that but per your complaint you did go to a body shop your insurance recommended. You also spoke with [redacted] the owner about this at some point.   At some point you came back needing the interior of your car cleaned, spill coffee or something on the front seat.  [redacted] told you we would take care of that as well as we could take care of the compound and wax but it would take 3-4 hours.  You did not have that much time so you said to just do the inside and you would get the wax done later.  [redacted] dropped you off at work, I guess down the street from the car wash.  We detailed the interior of the car.  You picked up the car (no charge) and we were waiting on you to return for the compound and wax.  You had mention trading in the car also.   This is basically where I think it was left, we were waiting for you to come back for the compound and wax.  If you do not have the car anymore the offer to compound and wax your car is still available to you.  A good wax an compound is recommended on any car to keep the finish looking great.  That option is still available to you as we agreed to. I cleaned out my car and headed to get a car wash. While going through the car was a ladder fell on my car. How can Abdul assume that I am being dis honest? Review: THE CAR CAME WITH MICRO SWIRL MARKS EMBEDDED IN THE PAINT AND THIS IS COMMON WHEN DETAILING NEW CARS. I BROUGHT THE CAR TO PERSONAL TOUCH TO REMOVE THESE MICRO SWIRL MARKS. THE SWIRL MARKS WERE NOT ONLY WORSENED BY THEIR ATTEMPTS--AFTER THE INITIAL WAX WAS REMOVED--BUT NEW AND VERY LARGE PAD SWIRLS WERE ALSO NOTICED ON THE DOOR FRAME. THIS IS USUALLY REFERRED TO AS A ROTARY TOOL WAVE. I HAD TO GO TO THE AUTO PAINT STORE ON THE [redacted] IN NEW HAVEN AND PURCHASE NEW APPLICATOR PADS AND EXPENSIVE ** PAINT BUFFING COMPOUND. I THEN SPENT 5 HOURS REMOVING THE DAMAGE IN MY PERSONAL DRIVEWAY. THEY REALLY TOOK ME FOR A RIDE ON THIS ONE FOR WHAT I ALWAYS THOUGHT WAS AN HONORABLE SERVICE AREA. BUT. THE SUBORDINATES ARE MOST LIKELY TO BLAME FOR THIS.Desired Settlement: I HAD ASKED THAT THEY CLEAN THE SEATS AND AS I GOT DOWN THE ROAD ON 08 21 2014 I SAW A LARGE STAIN STILL ON MY PASSENGER SEAT. AFTER WASHING THE VEHICLE BY HAND I THEN SAW ALL OF THESE SWIRL MARKS MADE FROM THE ROTARY MACHINES AUTO RETAILERS USE. THE PROBLEM COST ME A VALUABLE DAY WITH MY FAMILY AND 5 HOURS OF MY LIFE I WILL NEVER GET BACK. I AM REQUESTING $150.00 BE DEPOSITED BACK INTO MY [redacted] ACCOUNT.
