Review: Personal Touch Valet Cleaners lost a very expensive dress shirt of mine and damaged my roommates shirt as well. The owner refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoing or any willingness to come to a compromise. The owner presented no proof of full delivery. I have repeatedly checked to make sure my doorman did not misplace and it my home. Unfortunately, the item is not to be found. The owner has a record of me dropping off 11 shirts but I only received 10 back. I have tried to handle this situation respectively but the owner has zero regard for customer service.Desired Settlement: All I would like is to be refunded the replacement cost for the shirt which was $140 before tax. I have a copy of receipt of purchase for the shirt and the dry cleaner for my records.
