Hello Ms [redacted] ,Thank you for reaching out and trying our product, we sincerely appreciate it After reading your concern, I scoured the website up and down trying to find where we say that we do not include any preservatives and I couldn't find it anywhere I then asked our staff to help look and they found it in the Groupon offer I have already contacted Groupon telling them that we needed to change the wording of the offer and attached a copy of my email above We do references the word natural, and we define it throughout our site as eating the main food groups that we consider healthy for the body and weight loss, such as meats, vegetables, eggs, cheese, and nuts while eliminating processed fillers like rice, noodles, and gravies We also provide ingredients for all of our foods in several places on the website so that if you have any sensitivities, you are able to know that all up front I have included screen shots of where the ingredients can be accessed for each item individually and all at once, just so you can see that we are trying to be completely transparent about what is included in our foods.I have went ahead and emailed our accounting asking them to cut you a check to reimburse you for the shipping charge My sincere apologies for the inconvenience and confusion, you should be receiving the check shortly Take care and have a great day -- [redacted] Sales Director and Partner
