Usually not a big believer in reviews but after my experience I must share. If bad things can happen it's gonna happen to me. I ordered a icechestradio for my daughters Christmas present. I had placed my order and when it arrived it totally was not what I expected. I had one job to get that present ordered. I failed lol ! I emailed the guys there at icechestradio told him I must have ordered the wrong one or something happened. Two days before Christmas he sent me the cooler I was trying to order and upgraded it because of my mistake. The guys there sent my cooler while I still had the other one at home. I said you not worried about getting it back first. He said no we value customer service and we will make it right so my daughter would have her Christmas present in time !! Emails where returned very quickly thru the ordeal. I would suggest and highly recommend these guys. We have used it least every other day at the ballfield and at home. Totally happy customer and that usually doesn't happen for me.

And by the way, It's for the ACU TECHNOSOFT

I also got a message from my safari today and it said that my safari is crashed and that all the information and data in my phone are at risks. And then there was a number that poped up saying that it was an apple assistance so I called it right away. The guy name Josh said that they are the only one who could fix the problem. But I have to pay $45 Cad. So he started fixing it just to instruct me to go to settings and delete the "website history"! So I really have to pay for that?! And the worst thing is he got my credit card info and they have now access on my phone?! What should I do now? And also, I want to ask for full refund coz I think I was cheated on this situation

Review: Same story here. Got baited into this then they switched the data plan on me so I returned a completely unused product. This was in February, we are now in August and I have still not received my $199 back. I just want my refund! 6 months later and they still have no answers for me.
