I ordered a gift for my sister’s birthday and it came out wrong I triple reviewed the order and had someone else review the order as well because I had a bad experience with them on a similar order before When I called to see about getting a replacement on my current order, I was told that they can only give a 30% discount because I should have reviewed the order before it was placedI believe this company is deliberately defrauding the public or they have incompetent workersI have read other consumer reviews where this same identical thing has happened to othersThe lady in customer service was very rude, unprofessional and hung up the phone while I was talking with herThis is the worst service I have ever received from a businessThe first time I ordered an item and it came to me wrong, I did not contact customer service even though I was certain that I had put the correct date on my orderI just reordered another oneThis time I was certain that all the information was correct They refused to refund my money and also refused to ship a corrected orderThis is my advice to anyone seeking to order personalized items, “DON’T BUY FROM PERRSONALIZED MALL.”

I am a Real Estate Agent I have been using Personalization Mall recently to order nice house warming gifts for clients I recently ordered a personalized fall door mat for a new client When the package arrived I unrolled everything and placed the mat in the extra rubber mat border I ordered The internal personalized mat was cut to short and crooked I immediately called the customer service number, sent them photos as requested and received an email back the next day that said they would be sending me a new mat After a week and not having received the product I pulled my emails so I could check for tracking only to see they sent another email that claims the product is manufactured correctly and that they would not be replacing the product I cannot give clients a less than superior product after they purchased a home with me I have a mat and border that is now trash and have to find a new gift Bad Business Personalization Mall!

I purchased a personalized door mat for my son's first home (he just bought a house) I submitted a picture in black and white I received the door mat, it was brown and green I sent an email back on the order confirmation email with the details of the erroneous color I received no response I then called, I was told to send pictures to "BenH" for review with the quality people The next day I received a very disingenuous form letter email for customer service, blaming me to the color mistake I had not even sent the pictures yet, and they told me it was my fault I was not happy So I forwarded this ridiculous customer service response to BenH with the new pictures I have followed up for the last days trying to get a response, nothing Today I threatened if I didn't receive a response today I would file a compliant with the Revdex.com and a dispute with my credit card company I also demanded the name of the manager Shocking, I literally received a response within the hour Of course the response was again, it was all my fault Not sure how it's my fault when I provided a black and white picture, and the door mat was created brown and green And the quality, it is the cheapest rubber mat I have ever seen Very disappointed with the experience as a whole

WOW - look at all the negative reviews - wish I had read this before ordering They have a horrible Customer Service Department Forget trying to speak to a supervisor - that won't happen PLEASE NEVER get anything embroidered - they do not know the difference between their O's and their A's Then they are quick to tell you - YOU MADE THE MISTAKE - YOU APPROVED it, well maybe so, but the computer version and the actual embroidery do not look the same to me Very inferior quality - totally ruined my surprise for my sister's 25th wedding anniversary FOLKS BE AWARE when ordering from this company THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU - THE CUSTOMER

I feel The need to warm folks of this little scam they have going on, so you don't fall for it too The ornaments I got were tiny, but correct, however,then they suggest you get this stand with the ornamentUnfortunately, they will take you for a ride here because these stands don't work for the ornamentsYou end up putting a 2" ornament on a 10" stand that doesn't even fitI also paid for gift wrapping of the ornament and standGuess what? They don't wrap the stand either, just the stand, but will let you believe they are wrapping bothThey will reimburse you for the stand if asked, but you have to foot the bill to ship the items back, and they won't reimburse you for that, or the cost of the gift wrapping they say they will do, but don't actually wrapThese people will steal your money in any form they canThey know it will cost you more to ship The items back than what you even paid for themThe manager, Judy, was even ruder than the customer service ladyThere are plenty of other personalization companies who actually do value their customers and won't rob you blind! Try themI'll never give these people my business again

Absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever They show my order as delivered but I never received itWas home all day on the day they SAY it was delivered! I bought a yard stake in May this year and within months it was peeling, yes peeling off the stakeWhen I notified the company they told me that there was nothing they could do because it was past the days of purchaseThey also told me that I should not have had it out in direct sunlight " We can verify that it does state on our website in the product description: Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fadingWe do again apologize but can verify that the weather will eventually fade the personalization on the magnetWe would never suggest leaving the item out all year round exposed to the elements." I did not mention anything about fading, I said the stake was peeling off the stakeNo one buys yard stakes to take in at night or put on their yard at certain times of the yearDon't buy anything from this websiteWhat bothers me is I bought a gift for someone earlier in the year , I am just praying that it does not start peeling off too

Thank you again for your recent order with PersonalizationMall.com We did a review of the order and found the reason the Y in family was left off was due to the character limit restriction The personalization field for the name box states you can have characters - your personalization had with the Y left off when the order was submitted Our Merchandising Depttests each item to accomodate as much personalization as possible There is not a way for this to be corrected - we do apoligize If you wish to select a different ornament, we will be happy to extend a 50% discount

I have ordered from this company before and have never had issues with shipment or qualityHowever, I ordered two gifts on January 12th, did not hear anything about production or their being a delay in productionCalled today (January 22) to find out the status and was told their was a delay in production and that they apologizeThey pushed production today since they heard from meNothing was done to correct it, I needed this item by Sunday 24thThey told me I would have to pay to overnight the item and said because it was in the range of when it would be expected to arrive their was nothing they could doTheir range was Wednesday to Monday for it to be delivered if everything was scheduled without delaysHowever, I missed out on four days of opportunities for it to arrive and again was never notified of delaysI am not happy that they did not offer overnight option for free or that they did not notify me of delaysCustomer service should have been on my side and offered a fix to this situation

Very disappointed that thsi company or one of its affiliates is sending unsolicited email to my email accounts in the UK

This is the worst place ever to do business! They do not correct errors and have the rudest customer service ever

My experience with personalization mall has been horribleI made an error in my personalization, realized it a few hours later, and they would not help me at allThey told me that my order was already in productionI asked if I could possibly get another for 50% off and they could stop making my first oneThey said no but offered me 30% off after I kept pushing via emailI understand that I made the typo, but mistakes happenMy item was only $I purchased near a $orderThey only would have lost a few dollars from meHad they been understanding & flexible, I'd be giving them a positive review and would use them in the futureNow, I will get my wedding gifts from another company and will never recommend this company

I came across the PersonalizationMall website in a [redacted] search and went to the website While browsing the site I never provided any personal information Less than minutes later I received an email to my work email address (which was open via [redacted] at the time I visited the website) with a message asking me to complete my order of the product I had been viewing on the websiteThey have effectively stolen my personal information without my consent That's a very ugly way to do business Revdex.com, please do something about this

I noticed that there is not a single positive review about this company which is depressing Here is my honest review! I have ordered gifts several times I have not had any problems with shipping or with customer service The quality of the items are great! I ordered some wine glasses and when they were delivered, out of of them were broken I immediately called customer service and they were friendly She talked me through what I should do and put in a replacement order while I was on the phone with her I have had very pleasant experiences with Personalization Mall and I will continue doing business with them!
