our on- site team made a temporary repair The entire roof in Ms***’s building was replaced and the job completed around July 24thA contractor was hired to repair the interior damage and that was complete Tuesday August (Contractor-Pro Tractor Services) I spoke with Ms*** this morning and she was not happy with the job the contractor did on the interiorI am on my way to take a look at the job nowI did agree to allow Ms*** if we could not satisfy herI explained that we would rather try to make this situation right, but if we couldn’t I would allow her to move without penalties Hopefully we can save her from moving… If you need anything, please let me know!
