THIS IS A SCAM.

A few weeks ago...I got a phone call from what was said to be a government office in Washington, and that I had failed to be compliant with getting "labor law compliance posters" that I HAVE to hang up in my home.
I told the woman over and over that I wasn't giving any money over the phone (they were asking for almost $200..) and that they could get me in touch with a local office for me to do a follow up. I was hung up on...and the phone number used was a girls cell (they had obviously used her number).

Now just a few weeks later I received a mailer in the mail, asking for a payment and saying that there are now penalties if I do not pay.
They make it VERY convincing. Made my heart jump a little until I did more online digging.
Their website is www.personnelconcepts.com...not a government website. Obviously fake.
Also the return address is a PO box... not a physical government office.
And no email on the sheet either.

Personnel Concepts charges subscriptions for labor law posters. My church has already paid them for an "updated" labor sign and now they would like $99.95 for a subscription for the next year. They claim we need to keep our signs updated so our church will not be fined.

They are not a government agency, but look and sound official enough to scare people. This is my complaint.

They also keep calling our office administrator to try to contact our former head trustee. It has been light harrassment on their part.
