Hi [redacted] ***, not sure what to do at this pointI tried to contact [redacted] to set this up and he does not respond backSo what am I to do? Tomorrow is his deadline for the "latest" agreementThere is no way that I am going to show up with a load of materials with making some sort of arrangements with the [redacted] to deliver the materials.I am at my wits end with this guy, he is impossible to work with. Thanks [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, I have reviewed the response from the Business,I will not and do not agree to meet with Mr.Cbecause it will not bring us any closer to a resolution. My Wife and I moved in to our new home in November with the agreement MrCwould be back in the Spring to finish the Basement per our contract, however he met with us in December to go over some items that he deemed to be extras, with that said he stated there was not any funds left to finish the basement because the extras consumed all the funds for the basement.Per our contract it very clearly states the home will be supplied with a basement that will be sheetrocked.insulated, and ready for paint, this is still not done to date. Also stated in our contract is any overages or unforseen cost during the construction phase the job must be stopped and a change form must be signed and both parties must agree before moving forward, this was not done.In addition to our contract agreement our home was to be built with central air conditioning we did not have our unit installed until months later when Mr.Cdecided for us when we should have itMy Wife and I were given a budget for such items as Kitchen Cabinets, appliances,Lighting ectwe were never given any credits coming to us just the extras that are mentioned by MrCHe also failed to mention the many items that were purchased by the homeowners out of pocketIn our opinion Mr.C failed to meet his obligations to our legal binding contract and he should be held responsible for his actions as a business owner and refund to us the cost to have our basement finished

Good afternoon *** ***, this response is in regards to
*** *** complaint against me (***)I'm not saying that ** *** owes me $in extrasThat is the number that I came up with after reviewing my receiptsWe met in April of this year to talk about the extras,** *** wanted an itemized list of the extras, so that is what I have doneI dropped the list off to his home in July; he has yet to sit down and discuss this with meIn late august he contacted the Revdex.com with a complaint against meWhat is so disappointing is that I was taking care of loose ends at his new home, The whole house AC unit was installed and the backhoe guy was there fixing the lawnWe were there in July and August taking care of loose ends** *** made no mention of meeting to talk about the extrasHe simply contacted the Revdex.comI had no knowledge of ** *** being disappointed nor unwilling to talk until I received a letter from the Revdex.comAnd now here are nearing the end of the year and still we have not talked in person about the extras. His request for a refund is both unfair and unfortunateI am willing to work something out with him; but, ** *** needs to first talk with me so the we can get this resolved. Thanks Joe C

Regards,
I have reviewed the response from the Business,I will not and do not agree to meet with Mr.C. because it will not bring us any closer to a resolution. My Wife and I moved in to our new home in November with the agreement Mr. C. would be back in the Spring to finish the Basement per our contract, however he met with us in December to go over some items that he deemed to be extras, with that said he stated there was not any funds left to finish the basement because the extras consumed all the funds for the basement.Per our contract it very clearly states the home will be supplied with a basement that will be sheetrocked.insulated, and ready for paint, this is still not done to date. Also stated in our contract is any overages or unforseen cost during the construction phase the job must be stopped and a change form must be signed and both parties must agree before moving forward, this was not done.In addition to our contract agreement our home was to be built with central air conditioning we did not have our unit installed until 9 months later when Mr.C. decided for us when we should have it. My Wife and I were given a budget for such items as Kitchen Cabinets, appliances,Lighting ect... we were never given any credits coming to us just the extras that are mentioned by Mr. C. He also failed to mention the many items that were purchased by the homeowners out of pocket. In our opinion Mr.C failed to meet his obligations to our legal binding contract and he should be held responsible for his actions as a business owner and refund to us the cost to have our basement finished.

Review: I signed a contract with Persepctives Painting Contrators, LLC on 5/30/14 for the renovation of my home that I purchased on 2/28/14. A check for the amount of 7,302.58 was given to Marcus B[redacted] on 6/6/14 wchich was 35% of the total. a second cehck was given mid June for replcement of the HVAC system for 3,541.00 and the final check for the HVAC at 7,0874.00, so 3 checks total. The completion date of the work being done inside my home was ending on 6/21/14. On that day, not even one item had been completed. A second date wsa given to me for 7/18/14 and the house still hasn't been complete. A thirdate was given to me on 7/2814 after a meeting we had with Marcus B[redacted] and Tony B[redacted] along with the contractor that was going to be doing the physical work. The contractor, Isai said the job should take 2 weeks, so the completion date would have been 8/11/14. So on that date, the house is till not complete. The only thing that has been done is the half of the master bathroom and half of the hallway bathroom. No flooring, no plumbing working, NOTHING!!!!

We meet with Tony on 9/12/14 and once again he promises a move in date for Monday, 9/15/14 by at least completing the bathroom and the flooring in the master bedroom so that we could move in and the contractors can continue working. Sunday, I get a text that the contractor had an emergency so the work couldn't be completed. My husband actually found a work that put down flooring and now we can't get in contact with Tony or Marcus for payment for the new contractor.

I call and text Marcus and Tony but get no repsonse.Desired Settlement: Finish the job they started. They have the money so why can't they complete the job? You have been paid to complete a job. be a man of your word and via contract and finish the job. I was told by Marcus and Tony that the job is a 9 day job. it's been over 14 weeks since they have been paid.
