The Global Coronavirus Pandemic has affected every single person and business on the planet. For the safety of our Customers and Staff, and in order to lower the risk of transmission of the virus, we decided to temporarily not take any in-person orders or payments, and shifted to only Online Orders & Payments. This was not a decision we made lightly.

Allow me to clarify: it is not that we don't accept cash, it is that we don't accept any payments in-person, including credit cards. According to New York City Law, this is not discriminatory and not illegal.

The Law # 2020/034 regarding "Prohibiting food stores and retail establishments from refusing to accept payment in cash" also clearly states that "Transactions taking place completely online, by phone or mail are excluded." All of our orders and payments and transactions take place completely online, and as you can see, we are therefore in full compliance with the law. If you still feel that this is discriminatory, please contact your local lawmakers and City Council members and ask that they amend the law. We hope to go back to in-person cash and credit card payments as soon as the risk of transmission of COVID-19 decreases dramatically.You can see and read the full text of the law here:***
