I have called/emailed several times about
A) payment- I set up auto payment they still don't do that
B) after the second year I emailed/ called and
that the treatment isn't working and to please stop coming to the house then I get another bill for I come home again last night to mail stating they're coming 9/WRONG come come to a tag on the door 9/they sprayed sent them a email they have never called never tried to do anything even payment now my bill is over and with extra says that I didn't want..still customer service is down the drain and my husband and myself work with people on a day to day basisI had emailed Lisa *** I typically never would go this far but I'am at a dead end with people who do not listen at all
June 5th was the first email
July 6th stating its not working, that day called and cancelled
Aug 16th my brother visited and called me told me that some people were here spraying -Are you kidding me
It has been such a pleasure doing business with Mike at the Pest Control AuthorityHe has been treating my house for years, and I wouldn't want to work with anyone elseEvery time he comes to treat my house, he is friendly, professional, and prompt, and I have only great things to say about his work! He is the reason I do business with this company!
