Good Luck! There is only one person running the show "Steffani Peters
Office Assistant" and it isn't a grown up. She is rude, won't let you speak with anyone else, doesn't understand business operations, and makes up her own rules.
I never authorized treatment, I never agreed on price, and yet they treated anyway. How did I find out, I received a bill a few weeks later. I said "ok, wow...well I guess I will pay out of escrow"...Steffani's response "That will be another $50" I said then nevermind, I will just pay you after it closes and I'm wired my money. She misrepresented and faked an agreement (I never signed anything with them) and sent to escrow. I had it removed from HUD four times....she kept sending it and calling escrow daily.
We closed on Tuesday and I went to pay her and the $50 "escrow" fee is still on there but is now called "late fee". I have requested the Manager or Owner to call me 5 times. I left voicemails and pretty sure Steffani erases them.
So maybe this will get the owners' attention.
I owe the buyers a termine warranty so I am going to hire another company to treat and happily pay them. Steffani should be looking for a new job soon - I read a review two below this one and they have a very similar bad experience with her. NOTICE TO ALL HR: DO NOT HIRE STEFFANI.

We have been customers since 2016, renewing with an annual contract. This last year the service deteriorated, Phone calls to the office were not returned, belligerent staff and no return service when the termites returned. We finally had to demand a second service through contact with the owner. This despite having the technician tell us that return service would be provided within a few weeks if termite activity continued, which it did. The customer must wait a full 90 days despite having termites actively tunneling and causing damage.
After speaking with Joe we did get a follow up service. The termite activity continued. I contacted Joe again and he didn't respond. All additional calls and texts to the owner, Joe, were not returned. When the renewal was received I cancelled my account and wrote them a letter as to why. No response.
Despite the many years in the business I would expect better customer service and better results.
