To Whom it May Concern,I am in receipt of the above-mentioned complaint from the Revdex.com and this is our response to the complaint.[redacted] says in the complaint that the sale rep unduly scared her about the Bald-Faced Hornet nest right outside her doorway.  These pests are very aggressive...

stinging insects.  They are easily agitated and will sting en masse if provoked. Many people are highly allergic to the venom of these insects and can go into anaphylactic (stop breathing) shock and die quickly from just one sting.  These sensitive individuals react so quickly to the venom that these people carry an Epipen device to inject themselves immediately in the event of a sting.  The danger from this pest is very real.Hornet nests grow very quickly at this time of year since the populations of these insects are also growing rapidly, so a small nest will grow quickly in just a matter of days into a larger nest to accommodate the growing number of insects.  Our wet spring and summer so far is providing a bumper crop of food sources and nesting materials to these insects so populations will continue to grow until around the first frost of the season.Concerning the pricing and [redacted] complaint about pricing, we have a pricing schedule for many of our insect treatments including stinging insects.  This charge for service was not made up by the sales rep and followed company pricing and procedure for the sale.  [redacted] was also provided with the benefit of the $30.00 online coupon.  This was suggested and applied by the sales rep at the time of sale.  Since this is an online coupon we don't require a paper coupon.  My company has been in business for 41 years and our pricing is around the same as out competitors that are legitimate businesses.  The low price that she quotes may have come from someone who is doing these services on the side, without the mandated Pennsylvania State Business licensing, Certified Pesticide Applicators licensing, or the state mandated amount of business liability insurance.If [redacted] was looking for the lowest possible price she should have done that prior to signing any contract with any company.  We do have a signed contract for this service, signed by [redacted].  I do not feel that we did anythng in error or followed any unscrupulous business practices in this transaction, so I do not offer any refund for this service.If you have any questions, please contact me at my office.Very Truly Yours,Joseph T.
