My agreement with Pest End Inc was based on an understanding that I'll pay $for one year of serviceThis ranged from June to June Contrary, to what is claimed I had called and inquired about my second treatment and was told that it would happen in April and I'll receive an email to that effectI was informed that I wasn't dueThe technician who came in August did not treat the exterior he only sprayed the perimeter of the basement interiorThis was done on my insistenceThis notion of we sprayed the exterior along with a service call that I initiated wasn't what I agreed tooI was informed that exterior treatments would take place uninitiated and that I would receive a report and note on my doorI received no report for "fall" similar to what I received in AprilI had called and complained about the lackluster performance of the technician that came out in AugustThis is why another service was initiated in SeptemberI never agreed to make advance payments or additional payments within a year periodThis classification of me being a spring customer is contentious tooI believe my classification was to be a fall customer since my contract started in late June of and was non-existent prior to that dateIn light of this and what I had previously mentioned I believe I am not liable for any service feesThe contract says Fall customers must let the company know by July the latest to cancelI have dutifully done so and thus, severed my relationship with Pest End IncIf I really owed money and April Service was the start of a new year then payment should have been demanded that dayThey were quick to demand payment up front previouslyThe reason they didn't this instance was because they know I'm rightSo this confusion about why I'm refusing to pay is quite evidentTo reiterate I paid $for June to June and I cancelledWhy are they hard pressed to compendium this is beyond me.Thank you Regards, [redacted] ***
