Refused to honor the verbal warrantee he gave when he did the original service [redacted] charged me approximately $for chemicals and processing to treat my house for bedbugs At the time of service he stated that if we had any reoccurrence he would come back for free and retreat whatever rooms needed to be retreated I call times over the next two months to state that we were still seeing bedbugs He finally came out to today to inspect and stated I would have to pay for the same amount of chemicals again to treat rooms out of a room house It does not make sense that he needs the full amount of chemicals to treat 1/of the space He then tried to round up the cost of chemicals to $when the cost he claims for them was $ Warning: He is a smooth talker but get all warrantee/guarantees in writing I think he should honor his work and return the $ I had him write on today's receipt that all future chemicals and services would be done without charge
We are filing this complaint to resolve problems regarding this company's pest control practices We believe this company is running a scam On Monday, May 22, I called Pest FX regarding a carpenter ant problem in our log home [redacted] arrived at our home about minutes after my call On the phone, I had asked what he charges for this service and he said he would have to look over the job Understandable Upon arriving, I showed [redacted] the area infested with the ants and took him into the basement upon his request so he could look at the area directly under the problem area He indicated that he would spray that basement area as well He did not indicate he would spray the entire basement -- just the area under the problem area We walked him around the home and he indicated that he would spray the entire exterior of the house including the soffits, foundation, etc He said that the chemical he uses is used for termites and would definitely take care of the carpenter ant p
He was in the house for 1/hoursHe puked on the bathroom floor, side of bath tub and shower curtainNo smell of chemicals in the house He arrived at o'clock and left at approximatley 2:At that time I left when he did and come back 1/hours laterThere was no smell of chemicals, the floors were not dampI proceeded to turn the air conditioner on because there was no sense opening the windows with no smellI went into the bathroom to find that he puked on the floor, the side of the bath tub and shower curtainThat was disgustingHe was called the next day and he said he didn't go in the bathroom
