I have used PEST, Inc for about 4 years now and I am always pleased. The technician, Tori, is always polite and does a great job. I had an issue back in the summer with springtails in my kitchen and he came out and treated and within a day or 2 I didn't have any more issues. It's so nice and refreshing to deal with a business who truly cares about their customers. Thank you!

This company was our pest control service provider. We have two homes they serviced on the same day. Recently, the company charged a trip charge (without notice) but claims they send email notifications of charges. In my opinion, email is not a reliable method of communication as there is no guarantee the email is read by the intended party. The email could have gone to junk mail. The trip charge was assessed because we had to reschedule (on day of service) one of our properties that are less than 5 miles away from each other. Their service technician never made a trip to the 2nd location. Our family had an unexpected emergency and the other family member was not going to be at home for service. Normally, if something like this had happened in the past, they offered to do "outside" service only, which we would have been fine to do. But, this was never offered nor were we informed there would be a trip charge added to reschedule if this other location was cancelled. I feel as a customer you should be given an option of what cost to incur i.e., we should have been notified there would be a trip charge to reschedule at time of service OR the option that the technician could do outside service only.

I was only made aware of the charge when I received a statement in the mail. After repeated emails to the owner/manager requesting consideration of waiving the trip charge, the owner continued to support his stance of assessing the trip charge. My last communication with the owner/manager was for them to please contact me directly for the 1st property location & my son for the 2nd property location for future appointments. In addition, I had informed them that I would be looking to find a new service provider but in the interim to please continue to contact me to schedule my follow up service appointments . The final response I received from the owner/manager was that he was cancelling our service, crediting the $25 fee and they hoped we could find someone else that will better accommodate our situation.

Apparently this company does not need business to automatically cancel the service. It is his loss & YES....[redacted] will be accommodating our needs in the future!
