I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response will satisfy my issues and/or concerns when I receive the promised half of my full payment returned to me inreference to complaint #***I want to make it clear that Ryans pest control did not return my calls or emails to inform me it would take a month to see a refund, they did state they would return after July 4th and I can assure you with an email paper trail and pho e records that this did not happenThe custom service was very poor by leaving the customer hanging, waiting for a responseI understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved only if I receive half the full payment as agreed by this company and I would like them to remove the rotting traps around my house, they have been unattended for a couple of mo the now and I have small childrenSo bottom line is that I will be somewhat satisfied and consider this resolved when they return half the money I paid and remove the traps from my property.Thanks

customer wasupset because we had not sealed up under his a/c unit when he felt it should be done, we were hired to eliminate and monitor for vole activity around his home, we had set up traps and had used a rodenticide labeled for voles in the burrows that the voles had dug. Upon our 2nd and 3rd inspection visit the customer had begun making statements to the fact that he feels he should not have spent the money as he probably killed the voles himself before he had hired us. At this point he began telling us to just seal up around the a/c unit. The ground around the a/c unit was very dry and sandy and not condusive to intalling the barrier at that point, we also had not been monitoring the activity for long enough to feel safe to just seal it up. Since he began making the "buyers remorse" statements we told him to wet the area and we will try and just intall the barrier. We then had a family emergency and we were away fro a couple weeks, we did let the customer know that we would schedule him for sometime the week after july 4th holiday, we did have him scheduled for Thursday July 16th but in the meanttime we recieved an email from Mr. [redacted] to forget about it just cancel the contract and refund 1/2 his money. The contact that he entered into was for the initial service, follow up visits on a bi-monthly (every 2 months) basis and to exclusde the are area around the a/c unit and sprinkler box. The contact also clearly states above the signatures, No cancellation or refunds once work has commenced. However I did agree to cancel it and refund 1/2 his money. When he did not recive a check within the week he filed with the Revdex.com. Checks are written and sent out once a month on the first friday of the month. He did not pay in cash as he had written in his complaint please see attached copies of check, contract and service schedule. At this point we can service the account and get the a/c excluded or cancel the contract and refund the 1/2.Ryan's Wildlife Control has serviced thousands of clients throughout the Northeast and has always had a solid reputation and will work hard to continue that.
