We have cancelled our service times and you keep coming and keep billing us then calling every single day to find out when we will pay you for your sub-par lawn service THAT WE CANCELLED THREE MONTHS AGO!!! On 1/14/2016, I had my annual termite inspection done by Pest Jacksonville and upon completion, the technician recommended their termite bait station system and that the installation fee would be waived and I would be charged $a quarter for inspection services On 1/21, they came out and installed the bait station and on 1/I get bill for IBSM Bait Station Post Const Install for $snd it has only been week not a quarter I called to enquire about the charge and was told well it is not for an installation like the invoice says, but for the first quarter inspection fee which they have not done because it had only been a week since the installation and was not time for the quarterly inspection I asked for the service to be canceled due to being misled about the charges involved

I fired PestBear because my lawn was in terrible condition I had it evaluated by two other companies who said I had a fungus in spots and it also needed to fertilized I sent an email to PestBear stating I wanted to cancel my service A week later they sent a technician out when I wasn't home and treated the lawn I called and spoke to Mike who said they couldn't locate my email and that I was responsible for the billI am paying the bill, but this is a dishonest way to do business

after a few years of using pest bear my yard has deteriorated I have gotten nothing but excuses from the management team, don't recommend this company to anybody, terrible management,

I am happy with the service I have been provided by Pest Bear. The staff have always been on time, and friendly. I have had any of the bug issues I was having after they started treating my home. I recommend their to anyone in Tampa Bay.
