I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. If possible we would like to send one last message to PESTCO."We appreciate that you responded to the complaint at the Revdex.com, but are very surprised there was no reference in your response to the 6 attempts we made to contact you. Contacting the Revdex.com was our absolute last resort. We spent HOURS writing letters, worrying and making phone calls to your company which were never acknowledged. We are very concerned for your future customers if none of our correspondence was received and/or acknowledged by you. Since Oct. we called and left messages for you 3 or 4 separate times which were never returned and we mailed 2 separate letters explaining the entire situation, asking you to close our acct and asking you to respond. We tried to contact your company 6 separate times before we ever contacted the Revdex.com. After the 6th attempt with absolutely no attempt from you to contact us, we had to do something.  Perhaps to better serve your future customers you may need to find out how 3 or 4 phone call messages and 2 letters could have never come to anyone's attention. Best wishes in your future."
