Pestech doesn't care about you at all. [redacted] will come give and estimate. [redacted] will come do the work. [redacted] comes back to do a follow up and neither [redacted] or [redacted] speak to each other and they both give two different stories. They will find the 1st thing they can to say you voided your 30 guarantee. WE did everything they told us per say but they did not do as they promised. they left our air on 65 and turned the fan from auto to on which was like that for 3 days before we discovered as we didn't even go back to house for 3 days. we moved out entirely for 3 weeks. they unplugged the refrig which cost me all my meats (over $100 worth of hamburger, chicken, 2 steaks and a box of shrimp which were just the big things not including frozed vegetable etc. they also left every light in the house on when they left including the closest which we didn't discover for a week because we were told not to open any closest or rooms. [redacted] said we could paint after two weeks and [redacted] said we shouldn't have. these people are also the most expensive then want to blame you with any little thing they can find as to not honor their 30 day guarantee. Go with one of the other two in Greenville NC if you have a bedbug problem as Pestech will[redacted] you over. Take your money and then act like you are filthy low call trash. We deserved way better than we got for $2400.
