Hello, I took a hr online course about years ago to begin my pesticide trainingI completed and passed the courseAfter recieving my certificate I switched jobsSo know some years later I am in need of proof that I passed the test so I can further my training on pesticide trainingSo after working with the dec to find out the name of the company I took the test through I contacted pested.com to see if I could a replacement certificateThey told my my test score was still good but they wanted me to pay $to get a replacement certificate, they wanted me to pay the cost it is to take the course just to print me another certificateThey told me Suny Potsadm payed for the test so I would have to paySo I said how can you people get paid twice for the same test that doesnt seem rightAnd with that said they themselves have calle suny because they nned permission from them to give me my replacement certificateSo we have tried contacting them over and over and suny is not res
