Service was incredibly fast & very courteous. Scott came out to my home within a few hours of my call. He was very respectful regarding my wishes to not kill the wasp nest in my car. He was able to remove & relocate the nest to a safer place in my yard. In addition, he checked the rest of my car for other signs of wasp activity.
Also, a couple days later I noticed 6+ wasps congregating in the same spot near in my car door already forming a new tiny nest & he with a non-chemical product to get rid of the pheromones he believed were causing the wasps to return. We had just moved into our house and we were getting what we thought were bed bug bites. I contacted Justin and he was out within a few hours and determined it was NOT bed bugs. It was something called carpet beetles. Which are much, much less expensive to get rid of. They were just very upfront with us and explained everything. Scott came out the next day to treat. They use steam and a super vacuum and environment friendly spray. I couldn't even smell it at all. I can't say enough about their professionalism and integrity. Pestmaster Inc. gets the job done! They were efficient and very professional. Very prompt with scheduling an appointment to remove a bald-faced hornets nest. Price was fair for the work performed. Would highly recommend Pestmasters Inc. to friends.
