Pet Assist

We love Pet Assist. We've been using them for many years. They are professional, responsive and take top notch care of our animals. We have a dog and two cats and when we come home, you can tell they have been taken care of very well. We get daily pictures and notes of our pets which is a great comfort. The house is always in the same shape we left it in and Pet Assist will even take in our mail, adjust the lights and temperature, if necessary. We know our home and animals are being well taken care of when we hire Pet Assist. Highly recommend.

We have used pet assist for about three years. They are very responsive and caring towards animals. We also get picture updates about our cat so we can see he is happy and active when we are away. They will also adjust lighting, temp, and bring in mail. Highly recommend!

As usual over the past 10 years, excellent. Cats are happy. Mail is picked up. Especially like the email with pictures of the cats when they stop by to feed and sit with them. I highly recommend Pet Assist. Service is excellent. Staff is excellent. Price is right. 2 thumbs up!!:) Money well spent for peace of mind.

Pet Assist is the best pet care service I have ever used. They are completely organized, highly reliable, and do a fabulous job with my quirky cats. I feel very confident that my fur babies are getting the very best care when I am away on vacation or business. Their reservation and payment system is wonderful...you can book services and pay online, a huge convenience for someone like me who cannot take personal phone calls at work. They carefully assess you and your pet's needs during an initial visit, and if and when needs change, you can update information online in a pet profile. How great is that? And with each visit, they leave a written report of how your pets are doing, something I love to read when I get home from my trip. They bring in your mail, turn lights off and on, and assess the welfare of your pets while you are gone. I don't like to be away from my pets at all, but when I have to travel and I cannot take them, I have all the confidence that they are in the best hands!

This was our 1st time using Pet Assist and we were completely satisfied and happy with the services. Receiving daily emails with a picture of our cat was great and helped us to relax and enjoy or vacation knowing he was in such good hands. I did like the "get acquainted" visit, it was helpful for me to fully understand what service would be provided as well as allow for them to meet my cat prior to us leaving for our trip. Will be using them again as well as recommending them to family and friends.

I've been using Pet Assist for many years. Andy & team are the best I've worked with. Whenever I leave for vacation or business trip, I don't need to worry since I know the Pet Assist team are always on top of things. What I especially like: 1. High transparency & communication - I get emails with photos and documentation after every visit so I know what's going on. 2. Punctual - the team has always been on-time. 3. Thorough & thoughtful. The team has consistently gone above and beyond. A few times when something was off in the house (i.e. - plants looked dry), the team let me know and took care of the issue. Awesome. I highly recommend them.

PetAssist is the kind of service company you hope to find! Janis and Andrew always respond promptly, and our 2 dogs love their visits from Betsy and her fellow walkers. What we appreciate most is how willing and happy PetAssist is to meet our needs! We work full-time & have a toddler and an old house we’re working on, and they have always been flexible with our schedule, our budget, our messy house, and even the occasional “oops we forgot but we still need a walk!” Everyone is always professional & friendly- we’ve interacted with a ton of companies in the nearly 2 years we’ve been in our house, from asbestos removers to window replacers- and PetAssist is tops!

We absolutely love Pet Assist! From the first meeting, they've been professional, caring, and dedicated to taking care of our cats when we are away. Andrew in particular has been amazing! Our normally non-social cat has even warmed up to him. Everything is always taken care of.

When I am away from home, it is extremely important for me to know that my cats are in good hands. And I am very happy that Andrew and Janis from Pet Assist always take great care of my cats. I especially like the fact that they send me an email with a picture and a brief status update after every visit. I definitely appreciate those real-time updates!!!

The Pet Assist team has been amazing! They have been walking my two dogs over the past month and I wish I had reached out to them sooner.
When I first reached out, the team was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. We had a meet and greet based on my availability (which was at night) and they knew just the way to interact with new dogs and a dog that is extremely timid.
Once I decided they were the team, I got my account set up and downloaded the App where I could communicate with the team as well as pay invoices. The other great thing about the App is that I get photo updates once my dogs have been walked - I love it! On top of the photos, they also leave a little report card type note on my table to give me a better description of how the walk went.
I really don’t know what I would do without Pet Assist. My only regret is that I didn’t reach out to them sooner.

I was away for 12 days and Pet Assist took care of my aging cat. They came everyday to feed, play with and care for her. They also watered my plants and checked on the heat. I received a picture and a note everyday, about how my cat was doing. It is a great service especially for animals who are most comfortable staying in their own homes. Pet Assist is reasonably priced.

Great staff and wonderful service

Janis was wonderful! She took care of my cats for two days and sent me pictures/wrote a report for each day. Both they and I were very comfortable with her. I would use Pet Assist again and would definitely recommend them.

Great service! My trip, due to plane cancellation, was extended by two days to 10 days. Pet Assist had no problem covering the extra days on very short notice. Smokey was fed, patted, played with twice a day. Twice daily notes were in the kitchen covering Smokey's eating, mood and everything that was done or checked. Wonderful peace of mind when leaving a treasured pet!

For the past four years, we have used Pet Assist. They first came to our home to do an initial greeting and got to know our dog and make sure they understood his temperament and how to best take care of him.
Each day they would come to our house and make sure that our dog got the best care. The walks are catered to his needs and the weather conditions. They always gave him some TLC and loved and sent us pictures of how the went. A detailed note is also left behind letting us know how the walk went and any information that may be important for us to know when we return. There is also a quick email that gets sent out immediately after the walk with a picture of how our boy is doing. We could not have expected more professional service.
When our dog became ill and seemed to be in significant discomfort compared to how we left him that morning, they contacted us and brought him to our vet and waited with him until we were able to get there. We could not have been more thankful for their love our dog and making sure that he got the care that was needed.
The new website and app make communication easy and quick. I can schedule new walks and make any changes, as well as leave notes for our walker. Payment is also quickly done through the app and is very easy. Some may look at the prices as high compared to a local walker in town, but Pet Assist is fully insured and left us assured that our dog and home were in good hands. I felt as if the cost was a good value considering the service we received.

We've hired the Pet Assist team a few different times to care for our 3 cats, kitten age to senior, while out of town, including feeding, cleaning their litter boxes, and bringing in the mail. They are simply wonderful to work with. From the initial home visit with the team before we selected them to watch our cats, we felt extremely comfortable with the level of care and attention our babies would be getting while we were away. They are very responsive to questions, and while we are away send us pictures of play time. I would highly recommend the Pet Assist team.
