[redacted] Hello,The complaint # [redacted] is listed as closed with your department but has not been resolvedI have not been contact by the business that I have the complaint againstI did agree that if they took the steps they stated I would agree that it would satisfy the complaint HOWEVER I have not heard from them and you have closed the caseWill I need to make another compliant to get it resolved if I do not hear from the business? Dear Arizona Revdex.com:Thank you for alerting us to this complaint reportWhile this customers statement is not entirely true or accurate, we do understand the need to follow through with her complaintIf her pet suffered an injury, we want to make it right.We would like to refund
this customer her entire $payment as soon as possible.We take the safety of all pets in our care very seriouslyWe strive to maintain a safe and stress free environment for the animals that our Pet parents entrust to usThis was an isolated unfortunate incident that occurredOccasionally with grooming there can be injuries that can occur, especially depending on the condition of the pets coat and many other factorswhen brought in to see the groomer However, this customer felt she was not dealt with appropriately and I would like to make sure she finds resolution to this matterWe do care deeply about the pets we groom, and would like you ask her to contact me directly at the number below to resolve this issue.Thank you
