Pet ED Dog Training Collar

I was actually on line, looking to buy a SECOND collar for my other Great Dane, since the first collar from this company worked so well ! I ran across these complaints, and just wanted to share my POSITIVE experience True, I see no phone number on my receipt where the company can be reached, and I am a big "buy local" supporter (as I am in sales - office supplies)dealing over the internet does carry its risks, and I never spend more on the internet than I am willing to LOSE We have had training collars before, and I am familiar with the product and the operation this collar set has worked BEAUTIFULLY, and I knew our month Dane was smart, but I had NO idea how smart until I put on the collar These collars only frighten and confuse a dog that does not know what you want them to do, but they work WONDERFULLY to correct a smart dog with a "compliance" problem in our case, our Dane was eating feces (which gave her diarrhea) and she would not come when called, preferring instead to run from meTHE FIRST TIME the collar went on, it only took two infractions for her to associate the TONE with the coming shock, and it only took a shock setting of of to get her attention We've had the collar set for days, and I just took her out for a walk on our acres the first horse manure was temptng, but at my "NO" she passed [redacted] by and DID NOT EVEN NEED to be toned! She chased deer, but returned when I called her the range of the collar is such that if I loose sight of her, or if she gets "engrossed" in a scent, the TONE is enough to open her ears to my voice I doubt if I will have to use the shock ever again, but it is there if I need to the next behaviour I need to target is her propensity to cross the road, which has proved fatal to of our dogs over the years So, just wanted to put a positive word in for this company, who delivered a reliable quality product as promised, at about half the price that I found elsewherestill, if you are unfamiliar with the features and operation of these collars, I would encourage you to buy from a LOCAL brick-and-mortar pet store, where you have the expertise of the store clerks and owners to guide you in the purchase and use of the product !!

I would be very cautious about ordering from this company I ordered from them but did not receive a confirmation of that order I called them to ask for one and they didn't seem to want to do that, which made me suspicious However, they did send one out after repeated requests I became more suspicious I checked the internet and saw all the reviews, so I immediately called to cancel the order less than one hour after it was submittedThe man I talked to hung up on me when I said I would wait for a confirmation email of the cancelled orderI kept calling back and he gave me several names but it was the same man every time I called He said that he was in the UK, and it might take several days to get an email Then I was told it must be a technical problem with my email account Now I was really suspicious! During our fifth or sixth conversation (mind you every time I called he hung up on me) I said I would be contacting the "authorities" I finally got a confirmation of cancellation immediately after that I did post a complaint with Revdex.com, because they still have all my personal and credit card information and I would like a confirmation that they have deleted my infowill not use it or sell it to others I talked with *** Bank, and they said that they would cancel the charge but that the company could resubmit the charge because of my original authorization This means I will have to periodically check my account This company is beyond belief!

I purchased a P collar # IS-PETsome time agoIt has worked perfectly and has been great for me and my dog.Unfortunately I recently lost the remote transmitterI have been trying to contact Pto see if I can purchase a replacement or do I need to purchase a complete new kit?

I had ordered dog training collars about 1/2yrs ago The remote went out and they sent new collars and remote at No Charge They went out of their way to help with my problem
