Still No dog tag
I placed my order over two weeks ago and have yet to receive my order, receive a response as to what happened to it and when I will receive it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I am rejecting this response because: I am in shockThe business has contacted me once with a voicemailA person by the name of [redacted] has contacted me one timeHe called my phone early Saturday morningI have called him back multiple timesHe has not called me backAt this point please do NOT have this business contact meI want a refundI will contact my bank to file a disputeThis [redacted] person said there was an issue with my pictures not uploadingI made separate ordersIt is highly unlikely that all pictures I submitted did not uploadI have never received any email from themI can not understand why it has to be so difficult for Pet ID'sBut I have left multiple voicemails to ***'s phone and I have never heard back from him

ordered dog tags still haven't gotten them. sent several emails. Left multiple voicemails because they are too busy NOT shipping peoples product to them, yet they can't take any calls or return messages. Requesting a full refund and am taking my business needs elsewhere. I HAVE to give one star just to be able to post this which is hilrious

Revdex.com, Yes I finally was contacted and received a refund. I'm an not satisfied with this Business but I did get my money back. I will not ever do business there again.Thank you for. your help.

I have never received any email from them. I can not understand why it has to be so difficult for 4 Pet ID's. But I have left multiple voicemails to [redacted]'s phone and I have never heard back from him .

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Filing a dispute with my bank as well. customer service should be just that, customer service.

Review: I ordered two pet id tags from this company. I did not receive a status update on the order after I contacted the company twice. When I received the two pet id tags, they look cheap and not the quality of the pictures on their website. I sent them an email and a ** comment on the ** page asking them to contact me and I have NEVER heard from them. I am very disappointed in their product and was hoping to get a refund. I will be ordering new tags from a different company. Their pet ids are plastic and very cheap. Please help!Desired Settlement: full refund

Review: I heard about "[redacted]" from one of my customers and my customer also gave me two cards with a Discount Code for only $9.99 per tag. So I went online and ordered four PET ID TAGS for all four of my dogs. That seamed easy enough. That was on February 12, 2016. It is now March 25, 2016. I have never received the items and also I have tried to reach out to the business. They do not have an 800 number. The only way to "try" and reach them is through their ([redacted]) email. I have emailed them multiple times and I have never received any type of response back from them. So at this point I am filing a complaint with Revdex.com and also I will have to file a dispute with the bank to get my money back. Bottom line is do NOT do business with this company. If anything goes wrong with your order or you not even receive your order it will be a hassle to get your money back. There are many different PET ID websites. I highly recommend you try them instead!Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my money. Plain and simple.
