The review I gave was truthful at the time it was writtenIf I get the portraits I would be happy to remove the review if it allows me to do soI will put a hold on the current legal actions and as the police department has agreed to wait until I find out if there is resolution in this matter, I will takeO further action upon satisfaction of my claim. Pet Memory Stone River Rocks is AMAZING! I had Donna do a large stone of my two boxers. The artist captured my dogs souls on that stone! Looks exactly like them. Incredible artist doing amazing work! Highly recommend.

I have three pieces done by Donna. She is a genuine artist that works from her heart. The way she captures the true soul of your pet is just amazing. We even incorporated one of her pieces as part of our living room which brings us such joy every time we sit in that room. She is a very detailed oriented artist and puts her soul into each piece, whats good is she gives you an estimate and lets you know upfront about her waiting list.....so patience is important as it is WELL WORTH the wait! I highly recommend her if you want a one of a kind piece of art.....plan to order from her in the future! Thank You Donna!

Review: I contacted [redacted] who now goes by the last name [redacted] in June 2014 to do 3 portrait stones of my deceased dogs. She said I needed to pay 50% to be placed on her list. I paid $136 via [redacted].she told me it would be up to a 6 month wait. In December 2014 before Christmas she asked for the balance so she "could start my stones." I paid $136 and then an additional $132.85 to upgrade to larger stones. On March 5, 2015 I sent a TWO LINE email checking on status and she went Nuts! I asked for a refund and she refused. I never saw her Web page nor any no refund policy nor did she tell me this with my deposit. She has emailed and messaged me dozens and dozens of times with name calling and vile obscene language and mocking my handicapped son. I filed a [redacted] claim but because there was a deposit they cannot do anything. This woman now refuses to refund anything and refuses to do the art. She stated in 12/14 I was 3rd in line. She is keeping my money which is theft of $404.85. This is an outrage. As in the previous claim filed against her she is a dramatic woman pretending to be a victim when she is stealing. This falls under the Wire Fraud Act. People must know they have no protection On their purchase if she gets mad at you for asking after 8 months how things are going.Desired Settlement: When paypal couldnt refund my money I asked the woman to do the portraits. She has refused time and time again and laughs saying "thanks for your money." Her Web page says she will give a 50% refund if you don't like the stones and return them so her no refund policy is false. I wanted the three large portraits as paid for.

I have never used different names on my stone business. the only reason I have ever changed an e-mail is because of the hackers I get from Nigeria and I am afraid of being hacked into my accounts and [redacted]. I have had numerous strange e-mails from people because my business shows my e-mail on [redacted]. I have never been hacked because I make sure to change this often so my bank account is protected. That is the ONLY reason for any other name on a [redacted] e-mail. the bank has always been the same so I can prove that! Like I said before if she wants to be nice and apologize I have already chosen her stones and still have photos of her dogs. Because she is so mad and vicious I am scared to see what she will try. The constant harassment has to stop! Please [redacted] stop this madness! Why won't you just let me paint your dogs? I am not a bad person. But you seem to be enjoying this miserable attack of me. I did not remove the review on [redacted] I can't, there is no way to. I sent it to [redacted] for them to review what you wrote and to say I didn't like it. They are the only ones who can remove it. she also can remove it and she did that because she knew it was slander. ok I am done with this now. please close this and put what you wish on your website. I need to get back to being an artist and not deal with this hurtful vindictive cold hearted woman.

I do not give refunds because I do not have the money even if I wanted to. I live hand to mouth as a self supporting artist. I have this stated on the "how to order" page of my website. I can paint her stones but she must remove the slanderous and horrible messages she posted as reviews on my facebook and her friend [redacted] must also remove her review (these two are friends and she is not another consumer as she states) I have [redacted] address and I do not want her e-mailing me anymore. when they are done, and painting 3 stones will take awhile. I will ship asap. I do work a job too and hence why it takes a long time and is very very stressful working 7 days a weeks. all I asked is that she refrain from e-mailing me and asking about when are they done etc etc. She may not think that is no big deal but to me who is under constant and chronic pressure to please everyone from people waiting on my waitlist. (they don't even have to ask and I feel the pressure)and all the kids I teach, you try being me for a day. I ask her to have some understanding. Most people understand how artists work. I will not consider painting them unless these reviews are gone and I know she has already spread a vicious attack on me and my business. I feel that even if I painted until I dropped dead not everyone would be happy. She doesn't care about the health or wellbeing of the artist just for the "things" 99.9999 of people would never treat me like this but I will paint them and I hope they bring her much peace and healing. my work is a piece of my soul and if I lose it in the process so be it..yes, maybe sounds dramatic but you are not sacrificing yourslf, a social life, money to live a decent life and on and on. what I do takes much more than that and I give up a lot to do this for not much money or respect because I am poor. But the people who love my stones do love them and I am happy to do them for these people. What I do here is something I take great pride in and it takes much more than all of this.That's my story and I'm sticking to it. I do not have any extra money for refunds . wow wouldn't it be nice if I did and none of this would have happened. you can't get blood from a stone [redacted]...hope you are going to not blackball me after you see your stones.If she doesn't want her stones well she can take me to court and she can spend more money and I will stress all of this again...I do not deserve this. she should have just said ok, after I said I do not give refunds and I would have painted them then...end of story.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I will allow a 30 day time frame from today March 20, 2015 to receive the three large stone portraits as promised. In the email from February 8, 2015 as provided in the attachment, Ms a [redacted] said that it would be a "MONTH AT THE LONGEST" (see attached email) for me to receive the stones as paid for. I think that's a more than fair amount of time. Upon reciept of my stones I am happy to remove my complaint if the resolution is good. If she paints the way I have seen I will be happy. This is all I wanted. I was merely excited to get the stones and after never hearing from Ms [redacted] I had a right to ask as I was told in December that she wanted final paymnet so she "could start the stones." That is also in the email documentation provided the Revdex.com. I have no access to Ms [redacted] page so how can I remove anything? The review I gave was truthful at the time it was written. If I get the portraits I would be happy to remove the review if it allows me to do so. I will put a hold on the current legal actions and as the police department has agreed to wait until I find out if there is resolution in this matter, I will take. O further action upon satisfaction of my claim. I had attempted several times to get to this point with Ms [redacted] but was met by vicious and vulgar emails and messages. It would have been much simpler to have settled this last week. My objective was to receive what I paid for or be issued a refund. I understand she says she doesn't have the funds and will accept the three large portraits I paid for. I would hope her ethics as an artist will allow her to do a good job on my deceased pets. She paints people, animals........well, just about everything and paints on canvas, jewelry, rocks, clothing...etc...

[redacted]'s art....as with any artist, is time consuming and she does this "around" working to produce an additional income as this doesn't create enough to live on. (Like I said--her prices are VERY affordable) So people need to be patient and wait their turn. You can't rush greatness! ??

I had her paint my deceased dog's picture on a stone that is a magnificent liking to my beloved pet! She did an excellent job....the waiting period wasn't bad especially when you get the outcome and it's a good as if the pet were there with you! She's an excellent artist and has such a heart in the work she does with each gift

I have had two pieces of art work done one was for me and another a gift for a friend both were beautiful and communication with Artist was very positive, She explains everything before she begins. Will be having other pieces done she is terrific.
