I have been very pleased with Pet OasisI recently moved to Lake Havasu from Phoenix for a job, and my dog Axl was previously in daycare in Phoenix/ScottsdaleHe is a boxer puppy, full of energy and really needed a safe, structured, caring and dog friendly daycarePet Oasis provides this and more! Axl transitioned very well, with the help of Sharon who has been wonderful with communicating his needs, behaviors and recommendations to meWith all those things covered, it has made my transition into a new city and new job much more manageable, and overall, has made my wonderful dog and myself very happyI am very very thankful that Axl can fully enjoy himself at daycareI would definitely recommend this daycare as being one of the best, as Axl has gone to the top daycares in Scottsdale and PhoenixThank you Pet Oasis!!!

Our 13-yr.-old female Samoyed, Kiska, received mobile grooming today (11-29-2016), in which the mobile groomer not only increased her pricing from scheduling to finish; but also harmfully injured our dog and did not bother to tell usScheduled for a complete bath & total grooming (including ear cleaning, pad trim, expression of [redacted] glands, thorough dry & blowout, as well as brushing)We even insisted the groomer use our dog shampoo, due to allergies, which she argued aboutI had to knock on the door twice, to ask if our dog was OK, as she was yelping and in seeming pain, Sheila Murphy insisted she was OKOur dog was returned by the groomer limping, with bleedingnails that had been cut down past the absolute quickThe groomer stated nothing to us about our dog being injured She later admitted knowing of this injury (when confronted via telephone)Our dog, Kiska, still had a wet undercoat (not dried), a wet tail and face, as well as extremely wet legs/pawsHer coat

I have been grooming animals for more than seven years, and have been a member of the Revdex.com since 2012 and have received only on complaint about my services.Ms. [redacted] complaints that I inured her dog by clipping one nail to short and making the quick bleed. But in the normal process of grooming this...

can happen if the nails are not properly maintained and the quick grows out to the end of the nail. No amount of caution can prevent bleeding.  I regret not informing Ms. [redacted] that I had clipped the one nail but since this is not a major issue or concern I feel she over reacting. In her second issues  raising my prices, when I spoke with her the week before I explained that the price quoted was based on not seeing her dog and the price could vary from $45 to $ 55 site unseen. We never spoke about the price,  before doing her dog on the day of the groom until I requested payment. I explained that it cost of $55 was because her dog took more than 1 1/2 hours to groom.  I'm sorry that she feels that this is too much but as a Show Dog she normally would pay more, but my prices are based on the time I spend grooming  the dog. My prices are below nation wide standards but reflect the prices in my city.As to the other issues she raises in the complaint,  I feel they are overly exaggerated based on what really took place on the day of the groom. Ms. [redacted] was contacted on Dec 1st. and a full refund was given to her. I believe that all issues have been resolved to her satisfaction.
