DO NOT do business with Indigo no matter how desperate you are for parking!!! Their terms are that you are to be billed each month for monthly parking However this is not the case I had months of parking billed to my credit card on one day and Indigo advised it was because my credit card was declined They LIE My credit card informed me that there were no declined transactions from Indigo and requested a conference call with my credit card company and Indigo and they outright refused because they know they are lying Their bookkeeping is an absolute disaster I have now (July 28) received a threatening letter from them saying they have been trying to contact me for months with no luck, another lie They want to bill me for January and February now Breach of contract as I agreed to them billing me in the month in which the service was rendered not months after the fact Save yourself a world of frustration and from having to deal with incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful and incompetent staff DO NOT USE INDIGO!!! And now because of their incompetence they are sending it to collections - good luck

I don't even want to give them even one star I have had two "run-ins" with this company On the first occasion, my two hours of free parking at the *** nursing home had expired and I'd PAID for extra parking My license plate was entered correctly and guess what? I was ticketed during the period I had PAID for They don't return calls, and they are difficult to deal with if you have a problem Needless to say, I was not impressed
On the second occasion, I parked at the Stadium Shopping Centre I got my "hour free parking" slip and placed it on my dashboard I had two errands: 1) stop at the Goodwill Donation Centre @ Stadium Shopping Centre to inquire about making a large fabric donation later in the month, and 2) Pick up my January Indigo "Volunteer Parking Pass"....(LOL!) from ***, about a minute walk away from the Stadium parking lot
I was gone for about minutes--well within the allotted 2-hour "free parking" time When I returned to my car, I found a $ticket, despite the parking slip prominently displayed on my dashboardThe signage in this parking lot is NOT visible, clear and explicit about "walk offs" The fact that the parking lot was nearly empty infuriates me This is dishonest Their employees seem to hang around these lots, waiting to entrap us I left the parking lot at ~1:PM assuming that I'd followed their rules, and the ticket was given at 1:PM
The fact that I ALSO had legitimate business at the Stadium Goodwill Donation Centre is especially infuriating I will *NEVER* deal with Indigo again under ANY circumstances--and I'd like to see a crackdown on their business practices At the very least, they should be forced to post MORE prominent signage in these lots, clearly stating "NO WALK OFFS"

It's really important to always keep and save your receipts from the machines in Indigo's lotsOr avoid their lots all together

Basically, this company is going to ticket your vehicle whether you purchase meter time or notAnd if you choose to call them on ticketing you during purchased time, they will make it incredibly inconvenient to resolve, so inconvenient that you are almost better off investing your energy into just paying the ticketThey will laugh at your concernAnd they choose to price their parking service ridiculously high by comparison of the competition so definitely shop aroundSave time, save frustration, and save yourself money by parking anywhere but with indigo

She stated your raising your voiceI stated I am speaking loud and clear so you can hear as I am standing outside at your parking lotI stated can you have your manager contact me if you can't place my call through nowShe took my name and number and no one contacted me backAbsolutely disgusting I would fire each and every one that works there that answers the phoneAll there is on their website to contact for complaints is a feedback form which I filled inNo where can you find head office information for complaints or managers I complained to as well and they stated this is a private owned lotSo I am following through with this review and Revdex.com complaint

May 13th was parked in free lot at XXXX X St SW.I was grabbing a ticket while husbad ran into the bank.Saw the attendant as we was ticketing the car.He stated he would void the ticket when he got back in the office.I made a phone call to the office at that same time to confirm that the void would get completed and for them to contact me if there's any issues.No contact back until I received collection agency letters.No letters from Indigo until the same week the collection letter showed upSpeaking to them, their reason for not reversing the charge was that they have no record of my phone callI showed them my cell phone records proving the call and they changed their story to they coudn't cancel it because it was already with collections, although they did say the could extend the deadline to paySo because the attendant did not void the tick

If there were any options, I would give this parking company starThis is a horrible company that is solely interested to give you a ticket anywayTheir practice is unethical ***We all should move forward to take legal actions against this phoney companyTheir motive is just simply making money by giving you some violation tickets which is absolutely ridiculous in most of the casesYou will find tickets within just minutes after you park which means their trained staffs always monitor via cameras and wait for the right momentThey gave us parking ticket in a free parking lot just because we forgot to register within first minutes which we eventually did after thatThey don't allow people some time to breathe and then get their precious permitWe informed them to dispute their so called ticket in court; but, they were so stubborn and sent this to the another fishy debt collection company *** *** *** All the reviews online prove how worse the company isPerhaps, in my life, it is the most pathetic company I've ever dealt withWe will seek legal assistance against these dishonest people
