Pet Paradise

Hello,

My dog attended daycare at the Bartram Park Pet Paradise today, January 31, 2019. This was during a follow up visit with his vet. When I picked him up I was not given any report or informed of any incidents. I got my dog home and ready for a bath only to find that he is covered in crusted blood. It is evident that he was bitten several times today by other animals within the care of the resort. And no one said a single word to me. This is the second time I have picked my dog up from your facility to find that he has been injured and no one has said anything to me at the time of pick up. Last year after leaving him at the facility, when I picked him up he could barely walk with the pads of his feet cut and blistered.

I understand that the caretakers there have no control over whether or not another animal bites my dog. However, my dog has been bitten in multiple places, and it is evident that this did not occur from a single attack from another dog. It is clear that this was not a single bite where the staff was doing their job and stopped the attack on my dog. His collar has been pulled apart and damaged. It is irresponsible and immoral for no one to have said anything to me. I don’t know, if the animal that attacked my dog has received all of its vaccinations and is current or if any bacteria got into my dogs wounds.

My dog is a regular at this facility, I have a veterinarian plan and Dr. *** has always provided excellent services. I have recommended pet paradise to multiple family members and friends. However, I do not believe my dog can continue coming to this facility based on the behavior of the resort staff and lack of communication from management at this facility. No one said a single thing. Or even suggested a vet appointment. I will be reaching out to the corporate office as well as the Revdex.com to file formal complaints.

This is unacceptable.
