Pet Pourri

Review: We purchased an Australian Shepard Puppy from Pet Pourri on 5/3/2013. The next day we notice it was coughing and took it to the vet. The vet said the puppy had kennel cough & gave us antibiotics and said it should be better in a few days. In a few days it was worse, stopped eating and was lethargic. We took the puppy back to the vet and determined it needed to be hospitalized for pneumonia. The vet gave us a letter stating the puppy was unfit for sale. NJ law says we can opt to keep the puppy and be reimbursed up to twice the cost of the puppy and be reimbursed within 10 days. We gave the store all the bills from the vet - over $2,000 but have only been paid $600 as of today. We are only asking for the remainder of the money in a timely manner.Desired Settlement: We to be reimbursed for our vet bills as dictated by law.
